Research On Construction Of Video Synthetic Investigation Application Platform

In recent years,with the mature application of video summarization,face recognition,trajectory tracking and other technologies in public security investigations,video detection has become the most effective means of investigating and solving cases in public security investigations.Faced with the coming of the era of big data,public security organs should also gather massive data resources in the industry to provide powerful clue support for the detection of cases.How to effectively integrate the data obtained by the advanced video surveillance system and the multi-source heterogeneous data gathered by various channels of the public security organ,strengthen the target recognition technology in the video image,and better serve the case investigation is the problem facing the public security organ at this stage.Based on the data fusion algorithm and video image recognition processing technology,this paper uses the Hadoop platform architecture to design a video synthesis investigation application platform and its key technology research,which has important practical significance.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)From the perspective of the actual investigation,this article optimizes the existing synthetic investigation mode,clarifies the platform construction ideas and functional positioning,and relies on the current situation Some video comprehensive platforms have proposed design schemes for building a video synthesis investigation application platform based on SSH framework and Hadoop platform.(2)In view of the data fusion problem encountered in video synthesis investigation,it is proposed to use Hadoop and Oracle’s joint data storage scheme to classify and store business data and basic data.The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is used to design a data fusion engine to solve the need for multiple platforms.The problem of source heterogeneous data fusion.(3)In view of the bottleneck of video image extraction and recognition technology at this stage,a specific method for gait recognition technology in investigation is proposed,and the Hibernate framework Lucene retrieval technology is used to solve the problem of retrieval efficiency,and a model library for video synthesis investigation technology and tactics is proposed.The method provides ideas and technical basis for the realization of big data and intelligent investigation platform.
