Research On The Communication Mechanism Between The Grassroots Police And The People In The New Era

In the new era,The responsibilities of maintaining the stability of their jurisdiction,safeguarding the security of one party,serving the people and promoting community governance by grass-root public security organs are the first line of defense to achieve social governance,maintain social stability and carry out safe construction and the first bridge of communication between the police and the public.Facing the historical challenges and opportunities of major social contradictions,the ever-changing information and communication technologies,and the modernization of the governance system and governance capabilities with an institutional system,it is an important problem to be solved in the new era of public security work and a theoretical issue concerned by the academic circles to establish and improve the communication mechanism,ensure the institutionalization,normalization and standardization of the communication between the grassroots public security organs and the masses,and give full play to the due function of the communication between the grassroots police and the public.In summary,the current research in academia is relatively macro,lacking systematic analysis and empirical research focusing on the improvement of the communication mechanism between the grassroots police and the public.This article mainly adopts political communication theory and kind governance theory,and uses literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey to carry out research.This paper uses political communication theory and kind governance theory to give a theoretical interpretation of the basic problems of grassroots police-public communication and the mechanism of grassroots police-public communication,including the connotation definition,constituent elements,major features and basic functions,and systematically reviews the current opportunities and challenges of improving the communication mechanism between the grassroots police and the public.This paper takes the public security police and the public as the survey objects,collects data and information through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and analyzes the current status of the operation of the grassroots police-public communication mechanism in combination with literature research results.It summarizes the problems in the current communication operation mechanism and security mechanism between the grass-root police and the public,and focuses on the analysis of the constraints on the effective operation of the police and public communication mechanism from the four aspects of the police,communication channels,the masses and the communication environment.On this basis,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as strengthening police communication awareness,enhancing police communication ability,integrating communication channels,improving network channels,inspiring mass communication initiative,improving the quality of public participation,and strengthening the environment construction of police-public communication...
