The cases of fraud crimes have always been one of the high-incidence cases in the invaded wealth type cases of our country and have caused severe damage to the property security of our citizens.Compared with other types of crimes,the ways of fraud crimes are more mysterious and tricky by virtue of the application of artificial intelligence.The suspects of fraud crimes,on the basis of the mental set of their ways of crime,are good liars and beguilers and have outstanding anti-interrogation ability.In the course of investigation and interrogation,one of the ways of anti-interrogation,lie confession,is frequently used by criminal suspects in cases of fraud crimes.It is the characteristics of criminal suspects in such criminal cases that lie confession is more common.This thesis mainly analyzes the suspect's lie confession in common fraud crimes.A study of the characteristics of lie confession in fraud crimes is made according to the practical work experience through document research,interviews,questionnaires,and case analysis,etc.It proposes effective countermeasures to solve the major problem concerned in the course of interrogation for the purpose of improving the efficiency of investigation and interrogation and regulating the conduct of investigation successfully so as to better fight crimes.This thesis is divided into four parts: Firstly,an overview of suspect's lie confession in cases of fraud crimes;Secondly,empirical analysis of the psychological states of suspect when makes lie confession in cases of fraud crimes;Thirdly,the content of lie confession,ways of lie confession,and the identification of lie confession.Fourthly,the countermeasures that should be took to deal with lie confession in cases of fraud crimes during the course of interrogation.The first part of the thesis,introduction,which defines the concept of the cases of fraud crimes and identities the types of these cases involved in this thesis,analyzes the characteristics and effects of suspect's lie confession in cases of fraud crimes and clarifies the research purpose,significance and methods of this thesis.The second part of this thesis performs an empirical analysis of the psychological states of suspect when makes lies confession in cases of fraud crimes.Firstly,a summary is made by doing statistical analysis of the features of the 46 suspects(decided)involved in common fraud cases handled by the ZZ City Public Security Bureau,and then with the help of the interviews results of investigators and questionnaires to analyze the characteristics of suspects.The influencing factors and psychological characteristics of suspects when make lie confession in fraud cases were explored.The third part of this thesis introduces the content of lie confession,ways of lie confession,and the identification of lie confession in details.After summarizing and analyzing relevant cases,interrogation transcripts,and judgments,together with interviews with investigators,thecontent of lie confession and ways of lie confession for suspects in common fraud cases are discussed,and it points out how to identify lie confession.The fourth part of this thesis introduces the tactics for dealing with lie confession in cases of fraud crimes during the course of interrogation in details.It includes that study and judge in advance whether suspects make lies confession before interrogation,and how to change the attitude of the suspects during the interrogation.Then,on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,the major problems which are caused during the interrogation are summarized,and the tactics for the interrogation are introduced in details according to evidence,and finally it points out that there are some other problems concerning lie confession which should be paid attention to.
