Research On The Interrogation Countermeasures Of Heresy Believers Being Suspected Of Committing Heresy Crime

The heresy crimes studied in this article refer to the criminal behaviors of heresy believers who are bewitched by fallacies.These behaviors infringe on statutory rights,seriously endanger the society,and should be punished by criminal law.Heresy crimes own the features which are different from ordinary criminal crimes.Heresy believers also have different psychological and behavioral characteristics than ordinary criminal suspects.Only by taking appropriate interrogation tactics against their particularities can we achieve good interrogation results.This article mainly studies on the characteristics of heresy believers and their behavioral and psychological characteristics during interrogation,which provides countermeasures for the investigation and interrogation of heresy criminal cases and of practical significance.The paper structure is as follows:The first chapter refers to the introduction of heresy believers' interrogation countermeasures in heresy crime cases.This section defines the concepts of heresy believers and heresy crimes,and analyzes the research background,research status,research significance and research methods of this article.The second chapter refers to the analysis of the general characteristics of heresy believers.On one hand,this study sorts out the characteristics of criminal behaviors that are universal among heresy believers.On the other hand,it analyzes the psychological factors which are easily confused of heresy believers by heresy from the perspectives of cognition,will,and personality.The third chapter refers to an analysis of the psychological characteristics of heresy believers during the interrogation.Based on the mental disorders of confession that are common from the suspects of criminal and combined with the behavioral performance of heresy believers obtained in the empirical investigations,this essay analyze heresy believers' various behavioral and psychological characteristics with their strengths and weaknesses in interrogation mainly involving the five aspects of guilt,conflicting psychology,conceited psychology,superiority psychology and contradiction psychology.The fourth chapter refers to the common methods and the interrogation limitations of heresy believers.First of all,according to the results of practical investigations,the “Cold Handling Method”,“Utilizing Affection” and “Applying Leniency Incentives” that arecommonly used in the practical interrogation of heresy believers are introduced.Secondly,the limitations of “Utilizing Affection” and “Applying Leniency Incentives” are analyzed.The fifth part refers to the effective countermeasures to the heresy crimes.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the particularity of heresy crimes and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of heresy believers,this essay summarize the gains and losses in daily interrogation and propose some effective interrogation countermeasures including reasonable questioning methods,positive responding to the feedback information of heresy believers actively,easing the resistance of heresy believers,a good job in the educational transformation of heresy believers and psychologically intervention for heresy believers.
