The lack of children's care in the elderly's retirement has become a phenomenon that cannot be ignored.In terms of form,old-age care is to provide clothing,food and shelter for the elderly,and in essence,to provide comprehensive protection for the elderly's daily self-care ability,physical health,mental health and social health.In Chinese traditional culture,children's living care for the elderly through financial support,housework commitment and daily companionship is the inheritance of Chinese filial piety culture and the irreplaceable main way to protect the health of the elderly.Analyzing the relationship between the various care provided by children and the health needs of the elderly,and studying its impact on the health of the elderly is of great significance for ensuring the overall health of the elderly in China and improving the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.Based on the above background,from the perspective of discussing the relationship between child care content and the health needs of the elderly in the life care of the elderly,based on the theory of intergenerational relations,family sociology,social exchange theory,and Maslow's spiritual needs theory,Using literature data method,data statistics method and logic analysis method,using the 2018 CFPS survey data,using Stata16.0 software for data analysis and analysis of the health status of the elderly,and using Logistic regression analysis to study the child economy in child care The impact of support,children's household chores,and children's daily companions on the health of the elderly.The results show that in terms of financial support and household chores,the older the elderly who have obstacles to self-care and unhealthy health,the more their children receive financial support and household chores.This shows that the overall performance of children's financial support and household chores for the elderly is comparative.Passive state.Children's financial support,housework commitment and daily companionship have a significant positive effect on the parent-child relationship of the elderly,that is,the social health level,especially daily companionship,which has a significant impact on the mental health and parent-child relationship of the elderly.Therefore,in order to better protect the overall health of the elderly,the paper proposes that children should take the initiative to provide financial support and household chores to the elderly,take care of daily life,improve the daily self-care and physical health of the elderly,and strengthen the elderly Suggestions for daily companionship to promote the mental and social health of the elderly.
