Research On The Optimization Of The Party Organization's Participation In The Corporate Governance Structure Of State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are an important force in my country's economic construction.The reform of state-owned enterprises has always been a key issue that must be seriously faced in the process of my country's economic construction.With the continuous development of my country's economy and facing new situations,the reform of state-owned enterprises has taken on a new look.In recent years,the construction of the Party organization of state-owned enterprises has become an entry point for the reform of state-owned enterprises that the central government attaches great importance to.In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in order to reform China's state-owned enterprises,the enterprise's party organization should be embedded in the corporate governance structure,which pointed out the direction for a new round of state-owned enterprise reform;in 2017,the requirements are written in the "Party Constitution",reflecting that the requirement for party organizations to participate in the governance of state-owned enterprises has been raised to a new height;in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the important role of party organizations on the issue of strengthening,optimizing and expanding state-owned enterprises,reflecting the importance of party organizations for the reform of state-owned enterprises.At present,deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises increasingly reflects Chinese characteristics.How to integrate party organizations into the corporate governance structure is an important part of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.The thesis reviews the research status of the party organizations participating in the optimization of the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises,and conducts a theoretical analysis of the party organizations participating in the optimization of the corporate governance structure of the state-owned enterprises,and obtains the principles,characteristics and difficulties of optimization;Case study of its party organization's participation in the optimization of corporate governance structure,and from four aspects of financial status,risk control capabilities,coordination with national strategies and social responsibility to analyze the effectiveness of its party organization's participation in corporate governance structureoptimization,and then summarize the case.Finally,the thesis combines theoretical analysis and case studies to put forward some general suggestions for party organizations to participate in the optimization of corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises,providing reference for future research on party organizations participating in the optimization of corporate governance structure.
