Study On The Features Of Heresy And Its Management In H City Of Hunan Province

Since the full implementation of the activity of “No access to heresy in family”and anti-heresy construction of "a wall and a Windows" in the year of 2013 and 2014 in Hunan province, each levels of government have made great efforts on working it. With the promotion of warning education in anti-heresy, the atmosphere in joint anti-heresy is stronger, and the comprehensive management of heretical problems is making primary achievement. However, there still existing some shortages in the process of solving heretical problems, such as the imbalance of the management level of heretical problems in different areas, the ignorance of “Sign on the letter of commitment of refused to the heresy ”in promotion, the weak basis of field construction and the lag in promoting the work of field construction, as well as the failure to declare in data, all these have a negative influence on the effect of the management of heretical problems in local areas, and it is not in favor for the benign development in solving heretical problems in China.This thesis uses the empirical research of heresy in H city in Hunan province as an example. With the deep analysis of the problems in the governance of heresy in H city, the reasons leading to these problems are found out. So this thesis is beneficial for promoting the experience in solving heretical problems in local areas by discussing the basic ideas.The introduction part includes the background and meaning of this research, as well as its literature review, research ideas and research approaches, which provides a solid theoretical basis for thisresearch.Chapter one gives a specific definition to heretical organizations in China as well as illustrates the important meaning in governing heresy. Chapter two examplifies H city in Hunan province by illustrating the current situation and features of heresy in this area, and then summarizes the measures for solving heretical problems and its effects. Chapter three makes an analysis of the heretical problems, tries to dig out the deep-rooted reasons for these problems and provides the relevant solutions. Chapter four provides the suggestions for improving the management of heretical problems in local areas from four aspects with the guidance of solving the heretical problems according to law and by adopting scientific measures.
