The crime of violence attack is the main factors that seriously affect the safety of primary and middle schools and kindergartens.In recent years,a spate of cases of attacking the kindergartens,primary and secondary schools and damaging teachers and students has brought great threat to social stability.The frequent occurrence of campus violence attacks reveals that there are still weaknesses in risk prevention and control,so this paper according to the framework of risk management,following the thinking of ‘risk identification and analysis--risk evaluation--risk response' to study the risk of school violence attack in primary and middle schools and kindergartens,identifying weaknesses and putting forward effective measures to deal with weaknesses.Firstly,introducing the concept of risk management and the application of risk management theory in the research on the risk and response of school violence attack in primary and middle schools and kindergartens,then put forward the Risk expression of school violent attack,this risk expression is the risk assessment model constructed in this paper.Secondly,Carrying out systematic risk identification and analysis,by the means of studying the 43 typical cases of violent attacks against school,exploring the deep-seated reasons for violent attacks,and analyze the fragility,the external threats and the emergency ability of our middle and primary school and kindergarten(including students).Then the risk evaluation is carried out.On the basis of risk identification and analysis in the early stage,the risk evaluation index system is established in combination with expert opinions,including 3 first-level indicators of risk,vulnerability and emergency response capacity,13 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators,the weight of each index is determined by AHP,risk levels are reasonably divided into ‘red,orange,yellow and blue'and corresponding measures are proposed.Then two schools were selected for the practical case analysis.The evaluation model constructed in this paper was used to assign values and calculate the indicators through practical investigation and expert research.And the results of the comprehensive risk assessment of the two schools were obtained and the feasibility of the model was verified.Finally,from preventing external threats,reducing the school's own vulnerability and improving the school's emergency response ability,this paper studies how to deal with the risk of school violence attacks,so as to better prevent and control school violence attacks.
