With the rapid development of social economy,food safety crimes are now committed with complex criminal links and more professional and concealed means,causing much more harmful consequences.Many crimes have their own crime chain,and have obviously become more specialized and intelligent.It is difficult to solve these criminal cases based on the traditional investigation concept of "arresting and cracking" and the traditional investigation mode of "tracking from cases to criminals".The public security organizations are now facing severe challenges in the investigation of such cases.Investigation of Managing,as a set of investigation strategies summed up in the long-term investigation practice of investigating complicated cases such as multiple crimes of infringing upon property and organized crimes,can effectively cope with the transformation of modern society and the new development trend of criminal offences.With case extension as its premise,the Investigation of
