The Research Of Investigation On The Criminal Case Of Endangering Food Safety

With the rapid development of food science and technology,new types of food are gradually increasing.But food science and technology provides the mass delicious enjoyment,also brings food safety new risks at the same time.Even in the pursuit of green health food today,there are still many “problems food” on the table,the food safety situation is still stern.All over the country have set up a full-time investigation team,but the current investigation procedures for crimes of endangering food safety can't be adapted to the needs of fast investigating cases,there is a lack of theoretical guidance and related uniform standards for handling food safety crimes in practice,the work of probing such cases is facing serious challenges.Based on the concept of food safety and crimes of endangering food safety,this paper analyzes the characteristics of crimes of endangering food safety,combines with the theory of investigation and the practical experience of public security work in China,discusses the investigation work of the public security organs against the crimes of endangering food safety,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the investigation work in the practice.This paper consists of four parts: The first part mainly introduces the concept of food safety and the crime of endangering food safety,and analyzes the characteristics of the crime cases of endangering food safety,such as long criminal chain,high professional level and strong concealment.The second part discusses the investigation procedure of the crime of endangering food safety,including the source of the clues of the previous case,the preliminary investigation,the connection of execution after the filing,the investigation and evidence collection,and elaborates the important work of each stage.The third part discusses the difficult problems such as the lack of the source of the clues encountered by the public security organs in handling such cases,the different standards,the difficulty of retrieving evidence and the weak strength of the investigation team,especially the difficulties in the identification of bottlenecks and evidence.The fourth part puts forward the suggestions for the investigation of crimes against food safety.It Includes relying on social forces to expand the source,improve the quality of investigators,improve investigation and coordination and improve the investigation mechanism,and focus to jointly strengthen cooperation with administrative law enforcement agencies,judicial organs,enterprises and other departments to implement the implementation of the implementation ofthe co-ordination of the working mechanism.
