Research On Investigation And Interrogation Of Wandering Criminal Cases

The so-called fleeing crime refers to the criminal acts committed by criminals in different cities and counties.Different from ordinary criminal acts,generally speaking,there are fewer first offenders and more frequent offenders.Most of the fugitives have certain criminal skills,which means that they are not easy to catch and difficult to interrogate.The research on the investigation and interrogation of fleeing crime cases is also relatively weak.At present,the research on the investigation and interrogation mainly focuses on theoretical analysis and psychological research,and the empirical research supported by data is few.Based on the collection and arrangement of relevant literature,and combined with the investigation practice,the author collected the entity files of 50 serial cases of fleeing crime from January 2010 to August 2018 in Yizheng City,Jiangsu Province,and sorted out the contents of the files.This paper mainly uses literature research method,empirical method,inductive summary method and comprehensive analysis method to study the following contents.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,research review,research ideas and methods,paper structure and innovation,and points out that there is no current research on the combination of fleeing crime and investigation and interrogation,especially no research results have put forward investigation and interrogation strategies and methods for the particularity of fleeing crime cases.The research methods based on empirical research in this paper will be groundbreaking and more innovative Pertinence.The second part makes a statistical analysis of the main characteristics and case characteristics of the crime of fleeing.The statistical objects include 246 suspects and 1265 individual cases.In the statistical analysis of the above characteristics,it is mainly classified according to the four elements of the constitution of the crime,namely the subject of the crime,the subjective intention of the crime,the social relationship of the infringed,and the criminal acts and conditions.Considering that the evidence can directly reflect the social relationship being infringed,the author uses the types of evidence to specifically reflect the social relationship being infringed.At the same time,the author compares the cases of fleeing crime with ordinary criminal cases,which have two obvious characteristics: one is the high rate of residential surveillance and arrest;the other is the high number of interrogations.Therefore,the author added the statistical category of interrogation status.Then on the basis of data statistics,analyze the characteristics of cases and suspects.The third part abstracts the difficulties of investigation and interrogation in the case of fleeing crime according to the results of empirical research.Including the subjective intention ofcrime is difficult to identify,the characteristics of the subject of crime lead to the difficulty of investigation and interrogation,the characteristics of criminal behavior and conditions lead to the difficulty of investigation and interrogation,and the status of evidence collection leads to the difficulty of investigation and interrogation.In addition,the author consults the investigators and interrogators of the crime cases to supplement other difficult points in the empirical research.In the fourth part,the author puts forward the strategies and methods of investigation and interrogation in view of the difficulties extracted and combined with the characteristics of the cases and suspects.When the strategies and methods of investigation and interrogation are put forward,the strategies and methods are listed according to the order of investigation and interrogation work.That is to say,taking interrogation as the center,we should first do peripheral work to support interrogation,and carry out peripheral work around the foothold of the criminal suspect,the means of committing crimes,the means of transportation,and the act of selling stolen goods;then we should consider accurately selecting the interrogation breach and making a breakthrough plan for interrogation,and choose the accomplice,the first offender,the person with family burden and the person receiving stolen goods as the breakthrough,and pay attention to different cases and suspect system Make different breakthrough plans;then put forward strategies and methods for attacking and defending alliances and refusing to provide;finally put forward strategies and methods to deal with the difficulties put forward by investigators and interrogators.
