Research On Legal Issues Of Judge's Personal Rights Protection System

In recent years,the total number of cases handled by the courts has been on the rise.New social contradictions and new cases are emerging one after another.The courts are tasked with safeguarding national security and maintaining social fairness and justice.The main background of the research in this article is that the difficulty of judges in hearing cases has been further increased in recent years.The frequent violations of judges' personal rights have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life in the society.A difficult problem to be overcome in the judicial reform of the times.Suggesting suggestions for this problem is one of the main purposes of this study.Many problems are exposed in the current status of judges' personal rights.This article briefly reviews these issues,mainly including the lack of strong legal protection for the protection of judges' personal rights,the lack of effective organizational guarantees for judges' personal rights,and the social status of judges lower is not conducive to the protection of major issues such as their personal rights.The reasons for the above problems may be due to loopholes in legal regulations,incomplete reasons for legislative purposes,ideological reasons,and problems with the judges themselves.Faced with the problems that arise,it is imperative to protect the personal rights of judges in my country.The continuous deepening of judicial reform has provided the possibility of protection,the rapid development of social economy has provided the material basis for protection,the enhancement of the public's legal awareness has provided the social basis for protection,and the combination of the reference of advanced foreign experience and domestic practice has provided Intellectual support.This article puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the personal rights protection system of judges in my country.The suggestions are mainly from the aspects of strengthening law enforcement,improving the legislation on the protection of the personal rights and interests of judges,improving the overall quality of the judges,improving the social status of judges,improving the organizational security system,and adhering to the reform of the judicial system.
