Problems And Improvement Of Rural Land Expropriation Compensation System

In recent years,in the process of China's sustained and rapid economic development,rural land as an indispensable resource has played an extremely important role.A large number of rural collective land has been expropriated along with the urbanization construction.In the process of land acquisition,it is particularly important to ensure that the rights and interests of farmers are fully protected.Although China's current laws and regulations have been constantly supplemented and revised to improve the relevant provisions on rural land expropriation compensation,the contradictions and disputes caused by land acquisition compensation are still widespread social problems.There are not only the landless farmers who become rich overnight,but also the poor people who can't live and work in peace and contentment after losing the means of production,and more vicious events caused by forced requisition and demolition.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part briefly retrospect the development and changes of relevant laws,regulations and policies of China's rural expropriation compensation,and aims at analyzing the historical evolution and current situation to find out the main problems facing the protection of the rights and interests of land-lost farmers.The second part mainly describes the current foreign land acquisition compensation system by analyzing this in Germany,the United States,through summarizing the compensation system similarities and differences between China and other countries,to learn the good experiences of other countries on protection land lost farmers' rights and interests.The third part is to provide suggestions on the protection of farmers' rights and interests in the process of land acquisition,based on the above analysis and the reference of foreign land acquisition compensation system,combined with China's national conditions and land expropriation practice.
