Study On The Role Of Party Building Upon Non-public Enterprises In Building Harmonious Labor Relations

At present,the contradiction between the enhancement of the status of non-public enterprises in the economic field and the weak role of non-public party construction still exists.The contradiction between the impulse of self-organization of non-public enterprises and the limited control measures of political parties is becoming more and more prominent.The contradiction between the non-public enterprises' own business activities and the way of the party organization playing its role is becoming more and more prominent.Non-public enterprises labor disputes and the party organizations play a weak role in increasing contradictions;Non-public party construction without effective grasp and in the construction of harmonious labor relations play a role in the contradiction of attention.For contradictions and changes in the social level,the ruling party needs to pay attention to and respond positively,which is conducive to strengthening the ruling foundation of the party and is determined by the position of the ruling party.In the face of challenges,whether the CPC can effectively integrate various social forces,give full play to the role of non-public party building,and build harmonious labor relations is related to the steady and healthy development of the economy and society.Based on the theory of party and mass governance and the theory of embeddedness,this paper studies the role of non-public party construction in the construction of harmonious labor relations.The development of non-public party construction and labor relations is an important clue to understand the social governance concept of contemporary China's ruling party.The development of non-public party construction and labor relations governance has experienced four stages: initial development,initial play of the role of party construction,further play of the role of party construction and construction of harmonious labor relations,and construction of non-public party construction and harmonious labor relations in the new era.The role of party construction in the construction of harmonious labor relations in non-public enterprises can be summarized as: providing channels for people to express their interests,promoting the realization of the integrator function of the ruling party,and bringing into play the role of political socialization.Adhere to the problem oriented and demand oriented,this paper challenges the current non-public party and deal with the comb,and through the observation of labor dispute cases deal with situations as well as the cases of labor disputes in non-public enterprises,analyzes the problems of non-public enterprise harmonious labor relations,and to further explore the reasons behind the problem,and demand for the party construction of non-public ownership.On this basis,the theory of "embeddedness" is used to promote the realization of the role of non-public party construction in the construction of harmonious labor relations.Strengthen the relationship embedding and realize the legal guarantee of labor relations;We will strengthen resource embedding and realize institutionalized innovation in labor relations.With the development of non-public economy,the ruling party has improved its adaptability and gained strong mobilization and organizational strength by means of organization absorption and organization embedding.Through studying the function of non-public party construction in harmonious labor relations,this paper puts forward a possible perspective for the further study of the function of non-public party construction.The study found that to realize the function of the non-public party,the party organization needs by providing public interests expression channels,to promote the realization of the function of the ruling aggregator,exert the function of political socialization,fully give play to the role of governance between the party and the masses,strengthen governance integration ability,make the action of the party organization is effectively carried out,and radioactive effect into full play.The new goal of constructing harmonious labor relations should match the current level of economic and social development,coordinate the process of building a country,government and society under the rule of law,and at the same time adapt to strengthening and innovating the level of social governance.Adhere to the principle of work sharing,the comprehensive implementation "five one" the overall layout and the "four" comprehensive strategic layout,not only to handle and promote enterprise development as a whole maintenance worker relationship of unity of rights and interests,but also to active efforts to promote enterprise and laborer to work,mechanism,benefit to create,interests sharing,will be the establishment of the new age of labor relations with Chinese characteristics,operation,supervision,the whole process of mediation into the orbit of the rule of law.
