Nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,as an important part of the non-public sector of the economy,private enterprises have become more and more important,and private enterprises have become the mainstream position to absorb China's employed population.Harmonious labor relationship is an important foundation for the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of harmonious labor relations for private enterprises will help enterprises to achieve sustainable development,help the socialist market economy move forward steadily,and contribute to the harmonious development of society.After 18 th CPC national congress,it has become one of the priorities of the party to establish party organizations,carry out party building and party activities,and promote party organization coverage and work coverage in enterprises.According to the party building data of related enterprises,in order to respond to the call of the State and the party,most state-owned enterprises and most of the non-public enterprises in China have established party branches.Therefore,how to combine the party building work and the party organization activities with the overall operation mechanism of the enterprise,and make use of the party organization's own function to promote the benign sustainable development,harmonious and effective development of the enterprise,and build a harmonious labor relationship become particularly important.By discussing the problems existing in the development of labor relations of private enterprises in China and discussing the specific functions of the party organizations of private enterprises,this paper studies how the party organizations of private enterprises use their special functions to intervene in the labor relations of private enterprises,and through the method of case analysis,This paper puts forward the optimal path of the party organization of private enterprises in constructing harmonious labor relations.In particular,this paper first analyzes the basic connotation,development status,basic characteristics and evaluation index of the harmonious labor relations of private enterprises,and then analyzes the development of the party organizations of private enterprises,their position in the private enterprises and the three functions of the party organizations,that is,the core functions of politics,the function of service development and the function of coordination and integration;By analyzing the problems faced by the development of labor relations in private enterprises,the objectives of party organizations in the adjustment of labor relations and the existing paths,then through the in-depth interview with the relevant personnel of the Rainbow Group and the questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the concrete practice and practical effect ofthe party organizations in the construction of harmonious labor relations,and on this basis,This paper analyzes the practical model of the party organizations in the construction of harmonious labor relations.Finally,according to the concrete practice of the party organizations in the construction of harmonious labor relations,this paper puts forward the optimization method and optimization direction of the existing path of the party organizations of private enterprises in the construction of harmonious labor relations.This paper provides a prototype for the party organizations of private enterprises to build harmonious labor relations,and also provides a reference case for other non-public enterprise party organizations to help enterprises achieve sustainable development and build harmonious labor relations.At the same time,this paper is also the embodiment of the interdisciplinary ideological and political education,and the study of party building and the study of labor relations.Finally,this paper also puts forward the limitations of this study and the future research direction.
