A Study On Comparison Of Field Events About Organization Efficiency Between China And Vietnam

In recent years,the relationship between China and Vietnam has made rapid progress particularly in such aspects as economy,culture and education.Spurred by booming economy in China and Vietnam,an increasing number of sports events are held so as to meet various demands from the country and the people.As an important part of sports events,track and field events are attached great importance.Both China and Vietnam are exploring some methods and measures of reducing track and field events input and increasing its benefits,which are in line with national circumstances,and can hold sports events through cost saving.Sports events held in China are supplied with fully-functional sports venues and facilities construction and all-sided organization.However,while constructing many large-scale sports venues and facilities,the government casts a huge amount of fund.When the event is over,some venues and facilities are underutilized,which is extremely wasteful.Meanwhile,when building new stadiums and expanding original ones,demolition and land acquisition also exert certain influence on environment ecology.Reflecting on Vietnam's way of holding large-scale sports events,generally they don't build new venues and facilities.They merely restore venues on the basis of original ones as long as meeting the requirements of games.It saves much fund in construction and expansion of sports venues and facilities because of sports events.For example,under the pressure of domestic economy,after analyzed current situation,Vietnam resolutely gave up the opportunity of holding the Asian Games.Although the national image was partly affected on the international community,Vietnam avoided huge financial risk and pressure in infrastructure construction due to holding the Asian Games.It is extraordinarily worthy of compliments.This dissertation selects organizational results of track and field events in China and Vietnam National Games as study object,by means of literature documents,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,logical analysis and such scientific study methods.Questionnaires are distributed to some athletes and coaches who participate in track and field events of the Seventh Vietnam National Games held in Nam Dinh city.Sports center officials of Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang city which have ever undertaken track and field events of Vietnam National Games,as well as members,technical officials,referees of Vietnam track and field association which has held the Seventh Vietnam National Games are interviewed.This dissertation aims to make a comprehensive and deep comparison and research on organizational results of track and field events in China and Vietnam National Games.In response to the problem in organizational results,this dissertation puts forward some solving methods and strategies.Main conclusions are as follows.1.Intrinsic benefit of the competition.China has solid economic strength,wholesome organizational framework of track and field events,and coordination of mutual cooperation,along with richer events running experience,and precise and serious attitude on work,which show the image of power and capacity of undertaking international events.Economic reasons of Vietnam,and its organizational framework of track and field events is a little simple.It is lack of mutual cooperation and events running experience.Such conditions can barely meet requirements of domestic events.2.Economic benefit of the competition:it is imperative for China in finishing one track and field event of National Games to inject significant capital in venues construction,transportation and reception,accommodation security and a variety of auxiliary facilities,which imposes an enormous pressure on the government,abundant financial input and low economic profits,and the post-Games utilization is not good.For Vietnam National Games,fund input of track and field events is mostly on games,and logistical supports devolve power to lower levels.It reduces the government expenses and undertakers ' working pressure.It creates high economic profits,which is worth learning for our country,especially for provinces and cities to hold track and field events.3.Social benefit of the competition.Track and field events in China National Games are transmitted through television,media report,conveniently attending games,and so on,which brings high-level sports events to the masses.Sports venues and facilities provide people with fitness sites and drive their sports consciousness,and also popularize public sports.In this respect,Vietnam financial situation is below the required.Not only are sports events just reported in news,but also sports venues and facilities are underequipped,which can't fully meet people's game watching and health keeping requirements.
