According to the data presented in the relevant statements in recent years,it can be found that the physical situation of teenagers in China shows a downward trend,and this situation has also been people's attention and attention.Students improve physical quality is mainly school sports class,and track and field as the oldest sports training project is the students in the process of improve physical quality contact,is the safest,convenient project,although the traditional track and field has safe and convenient advantages,but it also has teaching course boring shortcomings,so the traditional track and field project classroom teaching efficiency is not high.However,the emergence of interesting track and field events broke the deadlock,which not only improved the teaching efficiency of physical education class,but also made students have a strong interest in physical education and track and field class,and created the teaching method of happy physical education.By introducing this program to attract students to do sports,it not only improves students 'physical quality but also lays a foundation for students' future lifelong sports.This paper uses the literature method,interview,questionnaire survey,logic analysis method of children's interesting track and field project in Urumqi physical education in the analysis,thorough analysis of students,teachers,and venue equipment,curriculum,teaching situation,etc.,for children's interesting track and field project in Urumqi primary school to provide reference.Summarize the existing problems and factors restricting the development,put forward corresponding suggestions and rectification measures for these problems and factors,and draw the following conclusions:1.Traditional track and field is still the main professor of Urumqi primary school,mainly teaching games,balls,gymnastics,rope skipping,etc.On the whole,the proportion of children's fun track and field events in all areas of Urumqi is small,and the current situation is not ideal.2.Physical education teachers are older and lack young teachers.Most teachers have less professional knowledge of interesting track and field,and less misproportion of male and female teachers.Most PE teachers are better at traditional teaching methods,but will choose appropriate teaching forms,not limited to a certain teaching method but a combination of various teaching methods.3.The teaching equipment used by most primary schools in Urumqi is traditional sports equipment,and few schools use soft equipment and self-made equipment.4.Most students in Urumqi primary school do not know much about children's interesting track and field events,and most of the students' parents have something about children's interesting track and field events,mainly through the network.All physical education teachers have understanding about children's interesting track and field projects,the main way to understand is expert lectures.5.Students,teachers and parents generally believe that school sports investment is less;students like children's fun activities;Urumqi primary schools can meet the needs of interesting track and field courses;due to personal physique,the field is poor.
