Since 1999 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "21st Century Education Revitalization Action Plan",the gradual shift of higher education from elite education to popular education.Master's enrollment is a national need for application-oriented talents,trends postgraduate education in recent years also,but after several years of substantial enrollment,Masters graduates increasingly tense situation,so in graduate school facing employment pressure is also growing.Master of the existing school system for two years,and curriculum and academic master's little difference,resulting in postgraduate study pressures.Now intertwined employment pressure,academic pressure,emotional problems,interpersonal problems,economic problems together,so that they are in a state of anxiety,and even cause mental health problems appeared some graduate students,postgraduate learning tasks heavy impact study factors become more and more and more.Now for the Master of Physical Education and Health training situation faced by many mental health problems,learning how to relieve anxiety problems in school PE graduate students,and promote the development of students' mental health,improve learning efficiency and quality of learning is currently an important issue to be solved.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the present situation of guangxi sports professional master's learning anxiety to investigate and research.The results showed that:1.The professional master's learning anxiety on the skew overall anxiety level(M = 70.13,SD = 70.13),than academic master's overall level of learning anxiety(M = 59.71,SD = 59.71),higher learning anxiety level was designed to realize the comparison between different grade exist significant difference(P<0.05),the comparison between different gender,different registered there is no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Designed to realize the manifestation of learning anxiety,first is the employment problem,the second is learning time is pressing,in turn,is to complete the graduation thesis,English level test,complete degree,professional practice,social practice and other lessons.In the history of curriculum types,first is the opening report and graduation thesis writing,in turn,is a professional required course,public degree courses,social practice,professional practice.3.The main factors influencing sports professional master graduate student learning anxiety(1).Social factors:graduate student enrollment expansion bring employment tension,increase college student's employment pressure to recognize;.(2)family factors:parents give high expectations and goals most of the students,increase the specializations of study pressure;(3).Academic factors:learning time,learning task,the theory of curriculum,learning task;(4).The individual factors:poor understanding of the course itself,professional foundation is weak,their comprehensive quality and social resource is not good,lack of confidence in the future,to enlarge the students' learning anxiety.4.Professional sports master learning anxiety response(1).Social level to the support of higher education,broaden employment channels,strengthen the construction of the contingent of tutors to improve talent training quality.(2).Academic level to optimize learning contents,reform the curriculum,establish mental health counseling center;(3).To strengthen the communication between parents and schools on the home front,pay attention to the learning and growth of the children;(4).People should strengthen self education improve individual cognition,scientific positioning target reasonable arrangement plan,to raise their comprehensive ability.
