Studyon The Financial Risk Assessment And Control Of The Vocational Colleges

Along with the further reform of management system of universities in our country,the autonomy of vocational colleges gradually expand,the risk financial management also increases.Compared with the ordinary colleges and universities,vocational colleges take more financial risk,because of the weak position in the competition of student source,scientific research and transformation,financial investment and the social support.Based on this,this article discusses the structure of financial risk management system beginning with the financial risk factors of vocational colleges.The significance of this paper is to theoretically perfect financial management theory in vocational colleges,to provide theoretical support to perfect their risk management idea and the system of vocational colleges during the reform and transition period,to provide strong guidance and reference value for management system reform vocational colleges.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.It simply introduces this paper to us from the background and significance,the contents and methods,the innovation.The second part analyzes the present situation about financial risk management of the samples of vocational colleges,summarizes the problems existing in the financial risk of the vocational colleges,and discusses the theory of controlling financial risk.The content of the third part is the financial risk evaluation system based on cash flow and control model,eventually building the appraisal model of risk management.The fourth part is the conclusions of this paper,and puts forward countermeasures in vocational colleges to strengthen the management of financial risk.
