Implicit view on students is teachers' cognition and attitude to student's in the process of contact with students.Such awareness and attitude cannot be perceived directly by teachers,but they have actual influence on teachers.This study will examine the implicit view on students of secondary vocational schools and of primary and secondary school teachers from the angle of implicit social cognition.Through the implicit association test,the research investigated two secondary vocational schools and two middle schools and primary school teachers in Wuhan.The results show that:(1)the secondary vocational teachers' I AT effect was not significant,instructions in the secondary vocational teachers' implicit view on students initiative in learning is not stereotypes,the secondary vocational teachers did not take the initiative to study and the modern concept of students,nor the passive learning and traditional views of students;(2)secondary vocational teachers' gender main effect of the IAT effect value was not significant,indicating that students view of the secondary vocational teachers of different gender has no significant difference,which means teachers' homogeneity in view of students;(3)students of primary and secondary school teachers,implicit view the IAT effect significantly,Teachers on students 'learning initiative stereotype;(4)compared to secondary vocational school teachers,primary and secondary school teachers' implicit view more tend to relate active study with modern concept of students and connect passive learning with traditional views of students.
