Due to the interpersonal relationship nature of kindergarten teachers' work, teachers inevitably would experience many ethical conflicts in their work. Therefore, conflict decision-making is not only an important part of teachers' professional practice, but also a concentrated embodiment of teachers' professional ethics. The exploration of teachers' ethical decision-making will help to improve kindergarten teachers' decision-making power and normative when they facing an ethical dilemma and strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics. However, the few empirical studies on teachers' ethical decision making mainly adopt an explicit attitude.Compared with the controllability of explicit attitude, the characteristics of implicit attitudes, such as unconsciousness, uncontrollability and automatic activation, may be more useful in exploring the origin of individual emotional tendency, cognition and behavioral response. In view of this, this study intends to learn from the research paradigm of implicit attitude, and make an in-depth study of kindergarten teachers' decision-making in the ethical dilemma of “teacher and child”,“teacher and parents” and “teacher and teacher” from the implicit perspective. The paper is divided into four studies.Research one and research two respectively adopt the natural observation method, questionnaire survey,to explore the actual behavior of kindergarten teachers' professional ethical decisions and explicit attitude. It is found that kindergarten teachers solve the problem strategically or helplessly when they are faced with professional ethical dilemmas. The comparison between actual behavior and explicit attitude shows that teachers show the side of “separation of knowledge and action”.Research three adopts Implicit Association Test(IAT)research methods, explore the kindergarten teachers' professional ethical decisions emotional tendency on an unconscious level. The results show that kindergarten teachers are advocated by the Chinese education system environment ethics norm.In the face of ethical dilemmas, teachers' thoughts and choices tend to comply with professional ethics which results are consistent with explicit attitude.Research four adopts the method of self-designed projection test to explore the decision behavior of professional ethical decision making of kindergarten teachers on the unconscious level. The results indicate that whether it is “education activities”,“parents and teachers cooperation” or “peer cooperation”,most of the decisions made by teachers in the face of ethical dilemmas are professional and inclusive, while a few are negative.Based on the first and fourth studies of kindergarten teachers' brilliant decision-making plans and behaviors,as well as the in-depth thinking of researchers, this paper proposes 12 suggestions on professional ethical decision support strategies for kindergarten teachers:(1)solve the problems at the root.(2)win-win thinking.(3)scaffolding assistance--step by step to let go.(4)gradual and progressive guidance.(5)let children educate themselves.(6)“ The trouble should end it ”.(7)meet each other halfway.(8)“cater to another's pleasure ”.(9)“achieve a goal in another way around ”.(10)multi-angle approach.(11)promote positive energy.(12)living within your means.
