| Cultivating the socialist core values in university is an important performance of strengthening the construction of socialist core value system,and also the key link of cultivating socialist core values of the whole society.As one of the main forms of interpersonal interaction,the interaction between teachers and students is in the process of teaching and learning the most basic form of interaction.It is also an important concept in the cultivation of the socialist core values of the university.Therefore,this paper tries to explore the effective countermeasures from the perspective of interaction between teachers and students,to strengthen the cultivation of the socialist core values of the university.In the cultivation of the socialist core values,we should clearly recognize that there are some problems that can not be ignored in the cultivation of socialist core values from the perspective of interaction between teachers and students:The subjectof interactive cultivation is short of initiative and in a small range,awareness is not high and not in the same step.The method of interactive cultivation is relatively single,formalized.One-way instillation is dominant.The content of interactive cultivation is too unilateral,lacking emotional communication and interaction of daily life.The environment of interactive cultivation is poor.The hard environment’s using rate is low.The soft environment is not enough attention.The estimate of the effect of interactive cultivation is utilitarian.The subject and method of evaluating is single.In order to make the cultivation of socialist core values from the perspective of teachers and students to achieve the desired results,the university should take some countermeasures.Firstly,forming the various forces of interactive cultivation.Forming the overall driving force,the carrier coordination and the integration of the method.Secondly,taking different methods of interactive cultivation.Making full use of the interactive teaching method of moral education base,interactive comparison and interactive learning model.Thirdly,optimizing the healthy and orderly environment of interactive cultivation.Optimizing network,community and apartment environment.Fourthly,improving the initiative of teachers and students participating in the cultivation of core values.Stimulating the main body of the driving force of consciousness,emotional impetus and potential driving force.Finally,establishing the effective evaluation system of interactive cultivation.Forming a wide range of evaluation subject,following the "three combination" of the objective evaluation principle,adopting a diversified evaluation method. |
