Purposes:The core training has become a hot topic in recent years,which has become one of the hotspots in the research of modern sports and sports training.Its unique role is reflected in the training and competition of various sports groups.In this paper,the use of experimental research method,the use of core strength training theory,methods,core strength training and core stability training as the focus,combined with the characteristics of the project,the use of core training methods,methods,High-level athletes trammg,and through the physical fitness indicators and surface electromyography and isokinetic strength equipment for testing and monitoring,to explore the core strength of the real effect of training to enrich the core strength of effective training methods and means,and for future projects Of the core strength training to provide empirical evidence.Method:Athletes a total of 10(Including shot put,discus,javelin,etc.),are three or more athletes,and experienced more than 3 years of special training.After the selection of the subjects to carry out the basic situation registration,including gender,age,height,weight,exercise level and has achieved the best special results.And then randomly divided into two groups,one group for the experimental group,(Experimental Group,EG,n=5)another group for the control group(Control Group,CG,n=5),both groups were tested before training,including Basic quality,special strength,core muscle strength,(javelin,shot,discus)special grades,isokinetic strength,surface EMG test indicators,to register the basic quality of the situation before the experiment.After the end of all the tests,the two groups of players to adapt to training after 3 days,officially entered the experimental stage.The training period is 8 weeks,3 times a week,and the duration of each training is 1 hour.The experimental group carried out the core strength training,the control group to carry out the same strength and time of conventional strength training,after the end of the two groups at the same time testing,test indicators and training before the same.Result:(1)The test results of the pre-cast solid and the post-cast heart showed that the effect of the core strength training group was higher than that of the conventional strength training,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).There were significant differences in the comparison between before and after the test group.(2)There was significant difference in TP/BW between the experimental group and the control group when the angular velocity was 30°/s in the test of isokinetic muscle strength(P<0.05).When the angular velocity was 60°/s,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).When the angular velocity was 180°/s,the indexes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different,and the TP and TP/BW values were significantly different(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the indexes before and after the experiment group.(3)In the surface electromechanical test,the iEMG value of electromechanical myocardium in the rectus abdominis muscle increased slightly and increased,but the growth rate was not significant(P>0.05).And there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after training.Conclusion:(1)core strength training to help improve the throwing class athletes core muscle strength,explosive,physical coordination and stability.The completion of the technical action of the throwing project,the power of the transfer has a very good role in promoting.(2)The core strength training can improve the test performance of the isokinetic force,and the peak torque,relative peak torque and total work are increased at the angular velocity of 30°/s,60°/s and 180°/s.(3)the core strength training and conventional strength training on the surface of the impact of EMG are not large.Surface electromechanical to a certain extent can not reflect the size of deep muscle strength.
