In today’s new curriculum reform, the strength quality training is of great significance forstudents to improve sports performance, attaches great importance to by the teachers,especially the core strength training has brought to the attention of the school. Paper xinghuamiddle school second day student body development stage, not advocate students big strengthtraining, core strength training using a variety of training methods, the purpose of this thesis isto develop students core strength different load training on the improvement of studentachievement, and on the basis of xinghua school second day student’s characteristics, throughthe study I have practice contrast, in the final analysis, the importance of xinghua schoolsecond day student’s physical quality practice, students good physical condition is the premiseof sports. This research adopts the research methods mainly include: literature materialmethod, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, expert interview method. Thisstudy xinghua school four class of students as the research object, through8weeks of training,the core strength of different load using auxiliary equipment to test the students of lumbarmuscles, to the degree of the change of the indicators before and after the experiment,comparative analysis, sums up the results of two class, were compared before and after theexperiment in the gap, analysis of the two methods of strength training for junior high schoolstudents the effects of lumbar muscles, after eight weeks of training to the statistical analysisof experimental classes and that in comparative classes students finally tablet support before,left, right side up to sit, solid ball toss, after a solid sphere, standing long jump, balance test,then performance statistics, the results showed that:1. The body core strength training can effectively improve the students’ interest in sports,motivate the students’ sports level, for the students’ sports training to lay the good foundation;Can effectively improve the students’ flat support performance. Through different loadstrength training, the students’ tablet support result had the very big enhancement, after eightweeks of core strength training, ē group in the growth of girls is15.4%, the boy’s growth rateis17.0%.2. The core areas of different load strength training can effectively improve the left and rightlie on sat scores. Through different load of training, the students’ side sit since improved, andē than group training effect is obvious. Core body strength training can effectivelyimprove students’ strength, physical stability, thus further improving the students’ skill levels,basis for the sports examination test in grade three.3. The core areas of different load strength training can effectively improve before throwingmedicine balls. Improve the junior middle school student’s power, and can improve the ēgroup than group performance improved significantly. group of female students was2.7%, male students is8.0%, and after eight weeks of core strength training, increase ēgroup of female students was9.2%, boys are10.8%. Core body strength training caneffectively improve middle school students’ physical coordination, sports scores improve fullyprepare for high school students.4. The core areas of different load strength training can effectively balance, so that the balanceability of the students get enough exercise, improvement soon. the growing rate of thegroup of girls was2.6%, male student achievement is2.7%, after8weeks of core strengthtraining, ē group of female students was10.5%, the growing rate of the boys is13.2%. Corebody strength practice can give full play of middle school students’ sports potential.
