In this paper,we study the children who are in the "spectator" role in the X community of the Kunming community, and selected 30 children in the 4,5 and 6 grades of the "Children's Home" as the survey object.Behavioral theory analyzes the characteristics of peer bullying behavior among children aged 10-12 and the causes of"bystander" in bullying, the "irrational cognition" of "bystander" and the influence on behavior. After that, the author uses the group work method, through the X community"children's home" service platform to carry out social work services to help"bystanders" to establish a correct understanding of peer bullying behavior, improve the"bystander" attitude towards bullying,So that "bystanders" can effectively deal with peer bullying behavior. The aim is to find out the ways to prevent the work of children's peers' bullying social work through the study of social work practice. This study concludes that social workers should use the group's approach to tap the potential of children aged 10 to 12,establish bullying behavior, develop children's"empathy",and improve children's ability to prevent peer bullying. At the same time, social workers should also rely on the community "children's home" to carry out community education,parent-child counseling and other activities to improve the child protection system.
