Teenagers generally adopt onlooker behavior in school bullying scenes. In order to further clarify the relationship among values, moral withdrawal and bystander behavior,400 secondary school students from vocational schools were randomly selected as subjects in this study. The onlooker behavior of the subjects was investigated by using the Value Questionnaire,Moral Withdrawal Scale and Spectator Behavior Questionnaire.Based on the analysis of the current situation of middle school students' values, moral evasion and bystander behavior, the following results are obtained:1.From the overall situation of bystander behavior of middle school students, the bystander behavior in verbal bullying situations is significantly higher than that in physical bullying situations.2.Under the situation of verbal bullying, universal values and achievement values have a significant predictive effect on bystander behavior and have a negative impact.Attribution of blame and inhumanity have a significant predictive effect on bystander behavior, showing a positive effect.Diffusion of responsibility has a significant predictive effect on bystander behavior in the context of nickname bullying, showing a positive effect.Achievement values, benevolence values and universal values have a significant and complete mediating effect between diffusion of responsibility and bystander behaviors.3.In the physical bullying situation, achievement values and universal values have a significant predictive effect on bystander behavior, showing a reverse effect.Benevolence values have a significant predictive effect on the behavior of bystanders under the forced demand for money, and have a negative impact.Attribution of blame, inhumanity and diffusion of responsibility have significant predictive effects on bystander behavior, showing positive effects.Moral defense and bystander behavior in the bullying situation of pushing and beating classmates have significant predictive effects and have a negative impact.Benevolence value plays a significant and complete mediating role between diffusion of responsibility and bystander behavior. From this,we can draw the following conclusions:1.The bystander behavior in verbal bullying is more than that in physical bullying.2.Under the situation of verbal bullying, the higher the middle school students' recognition of achievement values and universal values, the less bystander behaviors will be.The higher the level of diffusion of responsibility, blame attribution and inhumanity, the more bystander behaviors of middle school students will be.Diffusion of responsibility's positive influence on bystander behavior is realized through achievement values, benevolence values and universal values. The positive influence of dehumanization and blame attribution on bystander behavior is realized through universal values.3.The influence of values on bystander behavior is basically the same as that of verbal bullying.A new predictive variable, moral defense, appeared in the dimension of moral deduction.Diffusion of responsibility's positive influence on the behavior of bystanders is realized through the values of benevolence. The positive influence of blame attribution on bystander behavior is realized through achievement values, benevolence values and universal values.
