Problems And Countermeasures Of Occupation Burnout Of College Counselors Under The Trend Of Professional

College counselors shoulder the important task of the ideological and political education of students,are one of the people that students spend most time with in life,guide and lead the development of students.College students are the future of our country,the cultivation of whom relates to the realization of the great Chinese dream and national rejuvenation.Counselors must maintain a positive working state and give full play to the initiative and creativity,influence and educate students with good personal political literacy and moral character,which will have a profound influence on the development of moral education and the quality of personal training.The Communist Party of China and government attach great importance to the construction of the counselor team today,it is imperative to resolve the job burnout of counselors and to strengthen the specialization and professionalization actively,which becomes more and more important for the growth and success of college students,for the improvement of teaching and talent training contribution degree,especially for the promotion of higher education quality.This article mainly uses the comparative analysis method,the investigation and empirical analysis method,the case analysis method and so on,to do some theoretical research on the professional burnout of college counselors under the tendency of specialization and professionalization.This paper includes five parts.First,it introduces the research background and significance,and describes this topic research in detail at home and abroad,at last expounds the innovation of this article.this paper expounds the connotation of college counselors' job burnout.From the view of psychology and economics,the theoretical analysis on the job burnout of the counselors is carried out,and its characteristics are pointed out,too.Second,the performance of college counselors' job burnout is stated,such as low emotional,personal loss,low sense of accomplishment,and can't adapt,and so on,which is analyzed in this paper.Third,the negative influence of the counselors' job burnout is expounded from the aspects of the development of school,the growth of students,and self development.Fourth,the causes of the job burnout of college counselors are analyzed from the aspects of social,system,family and personal factors.Fifth,combined with the current actual situation,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects.For example,the great importance to the work of counselors from society,colleges also put forward measures to support their work,balancing family conflict to cope with counselors' work,and counselors enhance skills to comply with the professionalization and specialization,and other aspects of the requirements.
