And Countermeasures Of Football Research On The Present Situation In Qingdao Primary School

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese football has made great progress after more than 30 years of development,but there is still a big gap compared with other football powers.The reason is that our country has a lot to do in training young football talents There are still many shortcomings.Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out in the 1980 s that "football should start from the baby." In his "13th Five-Year Plan",General Secretary Xi Jinping once again put forward the guiding ideology of carrying out campus football and implemented it to lay the foundation for our football talents,But also for the Chinese football training reserve force.Qingdao is known as "the city of football" in the world.Since the football professionalization,Qingdao football has delivered a lot of talents to the Chinese team.Qingdao is one of the first cities to carry out the campus football pilot.With the vigorous promotion of the national policy and the leadership of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee,Qingdao has a lot of voices in football development.Therefore,the study on the development of football in campus in Qingdao is also very much a reference and representative.The theoretical significance of investigating the status quo of the development of campus football in Qingdao is to provide theoretical basis for students how to enhance physical fitness in campus football,cultivate students' ability of team collaboration and how to train talents for Chinese football reserve.Its practical significance is to find out the problems existing in the football of the primary school campus in Qingdao and to put forward the countermeasures for the development of football in the primary school campus in Qingdao so as to provide references for the relevant functional departments to make decisions and improve their work.The main content of this dissertation is the investigation of the present situation of the development of football in 10 primary schools in Qingdao by sampling method,interview method,questionnaire method and data statistics method.And find out the problems that hinder the development of campus football,and put forward corresponding development strategies to provide reference for the further development of campus football in Qingdao.The study concluded that:(1)Qingdao municipal government lacks financial support for school football;(2)students 'facilities and facilities for participating in campus football are not sufficient;(3)there are more problems with campus football teachers and coaches;(4)parents'(5)Many factors affect students' enthusiasm to participate in campus football activities;(6)There are too few athletics competitions in primary school campus football.According to the research results,aiming at the actual situation of Qingdao primary school football,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)The municipal government of Qingdao intensified its investment in expanding the football field and equipment and facilities;(2)strengthening the emphasis placed by the school leaders on football and raising the level of ideological consciousness;(3)strengthening the construction of football teachers,increasing professional training and making efforts to improve Teaching environment;(4)family support should be increased for children to participate in school football;(5)to strengthen campus football advocacy efforts to develop students' interests in school football and ensure the orderly development of football;(6)Football match,increase the exchange of school and inter-school competitions.
