In recent years, China’s youth’s physique in landslide, obesity, declining eyesight and vital capacity and other physical quality, investigate its reason, largely due to the student exercise time can’t guarantee anything. Facts have proved that at the same time, the original youth football development pattern does not change the reality of our country football level lag behind, it is well known that the cultivation of the football player is the cultivation of "pyramid", the foundation base, the greater the "pointed pyramid" will be higher. Based on this, the ministry of education and national sports administration jointly launched in2009, the national youth campus football program.This paper uses the method of documentation, expert interview method, inductive analysis of the cause of the origin, the development of campus football, guiding ideology and significance are introduced, and expounds the current situation of the development of campus football in detail, including management institution, the overall scale, competition, training, promotion and funding. After four years of exploration and development, the campus football has made some achievements, but also encountered some problems, such as management, lack of communication, uneven development between urban layout competition system is not yet perfect, coaches level needs to improve, and efforts to strengthen propaganda range, budget allocation is not reasonable supervision does not reach the designated position, lack of evaluation and the competition mechanism.In football at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of the advanced experience of the developed areas, from set out actually, combined with China’s national conditions, this paper put forward on the basis of campus football fixed-point school, focusing on school established in amateur football club, through the sports department and education department cooperation, macro management, talent cultivation work, in order to develop the campus football fixed-point school focusing on the popularization, amateur football club focus on improve, sports and education departments focus on policy making and supervision. In practice, should begin from the competition, training, promotion, evaluation, funds and other aspects of perfecting the training mode, first to perfect the construction of campus football competition system, the second training efforts, the third broaden the scope of publicity and influence, the fourth building layout evaluation system of city and fifth reasonable allocation of funds and supervision.
