Education is the foundation.Since the party convened the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a series of major decisions on deepening the education reform and formulated a series of guidelines for education reform.In order to implement the decisions of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the Ministry of Education has made arrangements for deepening curriculum reforms and implementing the fundamental tasks of “make good example of morality on people” in light of the actual reforms of the current curriculum for senior high schools,and clarified that the revision of ordinary high school curriculum standards is the main task..The 2017 edition of "Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary Senior High Schools" clearly mentions the condensed core qualities of disciplines,further clarifies the positioning of ordinary high school education,develops academic quality standards,and clarifies the requirements for personnel training.The professional quality of teachers has always been the focus of education.This is also a key factor affecting the quality of school education.The level of teachers' ability is also valued by all walks of life.The proposal of core literacy of disciplines has also given higher requirements to teachers of physical education disciplines.Through reviewing a large number of documents,the author finds that there is currently no perfect research on the professional qualities of high school PE teachers.This study takes the professional Standards of Middle School Teachers(trial)and 2017 version of the "Ordinary Senior High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" as the entry point and the professional literacy of high school PE teachers as the research goal.Constructs the factors that meet the professional literacy indicators of high school PE teachers.This article uses the literature data method,the Delphi method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method,and the logical analysis method.Based on reading pedagogy,school physical education,psychology related books,and the reference to the “professional standard for middle school teachers,” it uses The Philippine method predicts and constructs indicators of high school PE teachers' professional qualities.After two rounds of expert opinion integration,the indicators ofhigh school PE teachers' professional quality are selected.Finally,a model for the professional accomplishment of high school PE teachers was constructed.According to the results of the research,it is presented as follows: The construction of professional qualities of high school PE teachers consists of first-level indicators;they consist of three dimensions: professional ability,professional knowledge,and professional emotion.Secondary indicators consist of nine modules: physical education teaching ability,physical activity organization ability,sports scientific research ability,practical knowledge,disciplinary knowledge,conditional knowledge,attitude to work,attitude towards students,and attitude to life.The third-level indicators consist of 45 basic items.Each indicator is a concrete manifestation of constructing the professional qualities of senior high school physical education teachers.High school physical education teachers should enhance their professional accomplishments in three aspects:improving professional ability,strengthening professional knowledge learning,and strengthening professional emotion.The professional literacy index constructed through this study and the understanding of the teacher's current professional literacy level can point the way for the training of professional qualities of physical education teachers.
