With the establishment of excellent micro lecture platform among prominent teachers in the middle and primary schools in Foshan,and under the promotion of China’s micro-lecture competition, National Universities Micro-teaching Competition and other activities,the making micro-lecture boom has spread throughout the country.Since in 2011 for the first time micro-lecture began, micro-lecture has been in continuous development.From the initial pilot in Foshan to now exploring in the country,from the initial only for the use of teachers’ professional development of micro lecture to support the micro-studying,the studying of flip class,micro-lecture is thriving to adapt to the demand of the times. As for the initial stage for micro-lecture, it’s development needs enrichment and exploration in various aspects of theory, design, exploitation, evaluation, etc.The author analyzed the related articles at home and broad and found, resource assessment of micro lecture is really very few-very little. Only some of the evaluation index is formulated and launched to promote the teaching work according to the present, or some policy is formulated to micro lecture training for teachers. But operability is lacking,directionality is not clear,and there are some tendency of guiding for events. Meanwhile, because of the difference of propaganda guidance of area and the leadership department, resulting in different understanding in each region of the country on micro lecture, like works are uneven,theme is not outstanding, micro- lecture is macro, traditional courseware is newly packed again, subject value is of low value, and analysis ignores learners. These problems have become a stumbling stock in considerable progress of micro lecture. For these reason, the author conduct a targeted research with micro lecture resource evaluation. At the same time, because micro lecture in middle and primary school is very different from micro lecture of higher education and vocational education, the author is in the basic education of primary and secondary school as the research category. And according to the classification based on the user and applicable object of Wang Yibiao education technology center in Guangdong province,dividing micro-lecture into type of teaching and learning. The author choose learning-type micro lecture applying to students to learn as the specific evaluations object to study.This research mainly and comprehensively combines the present concept of micro-lecture resources, and then clearly points out the positioning of micro lecture resources, that is a kind of digital learning resources. It lays the foundation for the construction of evaluation index system. On this basis, the author sorted out the concept as complete as possible about digital learning resources both home and abroad, and classified and summarized all index, received 434 item index. And then preliminary worked out evaluation of micro-lecture through the analysis of induction and group discussion. For only had a group discussion, the reliability of the index is not high, for this reason, the author investigated the rationality of the index dimension of micro lecture resources with the method of Delphi and method of interview, finally got the dimension of evaluation index. Afterwards, the author made the weight coefficient of questionnaires by analytic hierarchy process. After the issue and recovery, the author detected consistency of all forms, and repaired the data which failed to pass the consistency to be consistency, abandoned the irreparable repairing content eventually. According to the gathered date, using the software Yaahp is calculated for each expert to primary and secondary indicators weight coefficient of each dimension. Finally, using the arithmetic average calculate the final weight coefficient of each index. After finish the work above, the author make a clear statement in the conclusion on using purpose, scope and object of the index of micro lecture resources evaluation and explanation and expression of the index, establish a complete set of evaluation index system of micro lecture resources.
