The exploration of Entrepreneurship education in high education in China started in 2002,and it was initially carried out in 8 colleges and universities.In August 2012,the ordinary undergraduate course school entrepreneurship education teaching basic requirements proposed by the ministry of education takes the "entrepreneurial foundation" as a compulsory course in university,which marked the importance of creative education in higher education in the initial highlights.In 2015,the general office of the State Council issued the opinion on deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,and put forward that the construction of college teaching laboratory is an important support for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.The connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education had a few changes and expansion in the process of development.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new direction for the development of higher education reform,which is related to the quality of talent training and higher education.This research is based on the SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It expands the content and application scope of the SERVQUAL model and theory,and enriches the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation,which has some practical and theoretical significance.This research takes the evaluation of service quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education as the core content.Firstly,the evaluation model of education service quality of university innovation and entrepreneurship was constructed based on the SERVQUAL model,and the relevant assumptions were put forward.Secondly,through the study of the interview of education teachers,students and entrepreneurial alumni of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the literature of education evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities,the corresponding scale and questionnaire were developed.After the questionnaire survey,SPSS statistical analysis method was used to demonstrate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Third,with 4 innovation entrepreneurship education demonstration school in Heilongjiang province as an example,empirical research,to explore the influence students to innovative entrepreneurship education service expectation and perception factors,related research hypothesis.Fourthly,the paper discusses the existing problems of education and the reasons for this problem,and puts forward some Suggestions for improving the quality of education service.The following conclusions are drawn from this study :(1)there is a significant gap between the students' expectation and perception of innovation and entrepreneurship education service quality.(2)the five dimensions of the questionnaire have significant correlation with the innovation and entrepreneurship education service quality.(3)the audience group of innovation and entrepreneurship education has not covered all the students in school.The survey shows that education is not open to all students,and different schools,innovation and entrepreneurship education have imbalance in gender,subject,grade and so on.
