| After school trusteeship for primary school students is result of the times,especially after China’s education reform,trusteeship institutions are springing up everywhere.These trusteeships integrate the parents with paid services such as caring for children,taking students to and from school,and tutoring homework,trusteeship institutions have played a important role in solving the "3:30 problems".Since the emergence of these institutions,they have been in a situation of "be nobody’s business",the government has not set up a special department which can supervise and manage those trusteeship institutions,and has not promulgated the unified laws and regulations as the management basis,even has not the corresponding appraisal organization to provide the authoritative appraisal system.Due to the lack of effective supervision and service quality evaluation,after-school trusteeship institutions have many hidden dangers,service quality uneven,all those are not good for the safety and healthy growth of primary school students.How to supervise and evaluate the after-school trusteeship is a difficult problem for the government and the society,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,this paper analyses and sorts out the available research data about pupils’ after-school trusteeship institutions,and makes a profound study of the background and the development process of the trusteeship institutions,discusses the development status and problems of the trusteeship institutions.Then,establish the service quality evaluation index system of primary school students’ after-school trusteeship institutions,adopts questionnaire investigation and field interview methods to obtain research data.After that,this paper takes L after-sclool trusteeship as research object,utilizes SERVQUAL model to evaluate the service quality of it,then analyzes the reasons of it’s service quality problems.Lastly,this paper offers some proposals such as government agencies should supervise and supervise trusteeship institutions,the self-development of the trusteeship institutions,and the assistance of the schools in the development of the trusteeship institutions.Qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are utilized to develop the service quality evaluation index system of primary school students’ after-school trusteeship institutions,which can have a positive impact on the development of pupils’ after-school trusteeship.It has a certain reference value for how to manage,supervise and evaluate the trusteeship,and promote the standardized development of the trusteeship. |
