Educational Video Management And Retrieval Research And Application

With the rapid development of educational technology and Internet technology,educational videos accumulated in colleges and universities have been increasing,and research related to educational videos has also increased.At present,the focus of colleges and universities on educational video management is more focused on the management of video files,ignoring the use of video content value,and existing educational video management and retrieval systems do not attach importance to the retrieval of video content,and there is insufficient search accuracy,single process and other issues.The value of educational videos is effectively used by students.However,existing systems lack proper video management methods and efficient video retrieval methods,resulting in a waste of educational resources.Therefore,the goal of this dissertation is to study educational video management and retrieval based on the actual status of educational video placement and analysis of knowledge points in video content,and to apply research results.This dissertation investigates the educational video placement status of the author’s school and the educational video management platform at home and abroad.From the perspective of efficient use of video content,this dissertation studies two issues of educational video management and retrieval,and applies research results to design educational video management and retrieval system.In order to achieve the above goals,this article starts with the following four aspects:First,in-depth research and analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign educational video management and retrieval,sum up the deficiencies,and solve practical problems as a starting point,clear the content and objectives of this study;Second,based on the status quo of educational video placement,the two issues of educational video management and retrieval are studied.On the one hand,the organization and classification of educational videos is established,and the video presentation and play scheme is improved.On the other hand,based on advanced audio transcription technology,a more efficient video retrieval method was designed innovatively,and experimental analysis was performed on key processes in the retrieval method;Third,detailed analysis of the needs of educational video management and retrieval system from the perspective of management and retrieval,based on the demand divides the system module,carries on the detailed design to each module functional interface and the data storage structure;Fourth,selects the appropriate development environment and the development tool,constructs the basic service and the foundation frame,carries on the concrete realization to the education video management and the retrieval system.This article has completed research on educational video management and retrieval issues,and applied the research results to educational video management and retrieval systems to complete the design and implementation of the system.The system meets the basic requirements for video storage and distribution in video management and provides users with more friendly video navigation and play capabilities.In terms of video retrieval,based on the characteristics of educational video knowledge-intensive and high-reuse rates,an educational video retrieval method based on audio transcription technology is designed to improve the retrieval accuracy and reduce the retrieval granularity,so that the user can quickly and accurately target knowledge points in the video.The content of this study and the designed system make better use of the value of educational video content,which has a good application prospect and research significance.
