This work gives an idea about the internationalization of higher education in Kazakhstan.Today,higher education provides social and economic growth of society.In modern conditions,it is becoming progressively clear that national higher education systems can not develop beyond global processes and trends,beyond the demands of the world labor market.In this connection,the internationalization of education converts to be a purposeful policy of the Kazakhstan government.Higher education and its internationalization allows training of highly qualified and competitive specialists,and gives opportunity to raise on high-level quality of education.Internationalization of higher education in Kazakhstan is not fully studied phenomenon,and it requires more attention in its implementation and development.The aim of this reading is to examine the factors influencing the internationalization of higher education in the context of Kazakhstan.Kazakhstan is a new country and a new developing economy.In addition,circumstance that the Republic is not an English-speaking country,so for the state the funding of internationalization,the establishment of English as an instruction for the provision of education,as well as the perception of students of this new phenomenon are important aspects in the administration of the internationalization process.The study tried to answer questions like what factors influence internationalization,what is the level of internationalization of Kazakhstan,what is Kazakhstan students' perception of internationalization,what is the level of funding of this phenomenon and what level of English language in the procedure of this trend.To achieve the goal,the study used a quantitative research method.Drawing on a broad literary overview,a work structure and a research model are constructed that involved the three independent variables,like the perception of internationalization,the level of funding,and the level of the language,and one dependent variable-the level of internationalization.Data gathered via a structured questionnaire for local and foreign respondents who study in Kazakhstan.The obtained data was analyzed using SPSS with the aid of the correlation and regression analysis,and reliability test to define the reliability of the scales.The work displayed,that perception,funding and language significantly influence the progress of internationalization.In addition,these three factors can be both engines and obstacles in the execution of internationalization.Understanding the core inspirations and obstructions allows the government to solve difficulties in the administration of this process for further development.The Kazakhstan government should give primary attention to aspects of funding and problems of language.Also,take into consideration students' awareness of internationalization.This study offers guidelines for following development the internationalization of higher education.Furthermore,it has some research limitations and suggestions for upcoming researches.
