Research On The Education System Of Athletes’ Professional Ethics In Competitive Sport School Of BSU

Professional ethics is the soft power for of athletes.Facing with increasingly intense competition of competitive sports,it’s urgent to build the education system of athletes’ professional ethics.This article takes the athletes’ professional ethics in Competitive Sport School of BSU as the investigation object and carries on a comprehensive analysis and research on the Professional Ethics from the connotations,definitions,characteristics and construction mechanism with the ways of questionnaire survey,literature review,experts interview and the case research and so on.Conclusions are as following:The athletes’ professional ethics in Competitive Sport School of BSU refers to the aggregation of values,conception and objective of struggle that is understood and abide by all members through the development of CSS.It is mainly embodied in team’s system criterion as well as external environment,which enhance the cohesiveness and battle Effectiveness of CSS,thus helping the team to develop harmoniously.The education system of athletes’ professional ethics in CSS is composed of five layers: Vocational ideal-respecting and loving own post as well as winning honour for the country;Vocational skills-challenging the Limits and working hard;Professional Attitude-unity and never give up;Professional discipline-obey the rules and laws as well as honesty and faithfulness;Vocational sense of honor-thanksgiving and feedback.The construction of education for athletes’ professional ethics including forming good behavior habits starting with details while learning from the role of one that exemplifies,paying attention to improve the manage system and reword system,and keep supervision on the system regulations that related to the athletes’ professional ethics.The construction of education system of athletes’ professional ethics in CSS are as follows:having the habit of rethinking and accumulating school’s history;building the environment of unity and harmonious,positive and upward;carrying out varied team activities to enhance cohesiveness;seizing the opportunity of training and competition to strengthening the education;building a high quality teaching-staff of athletes’ professional ethics;encouraging the subjectivity of the athlete themselves;furthering the theoretical research of athletes’ professional ethics...
