Research On The Development And Training Of Green Skills In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the continuous deepening of the supply-side reform and the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure,the electronic commerce industry has developed rapidly.However,problems such as high energy consumption,increased operating costs,and neglected consumer rights have also emerged.The development and application of green skills are necessary.The recognition and application of green skills in electronic commerce enterprises will determine whether they can be in an invincible position in the market economy.The demand of electronic commerce companies will inevitably become the vane of green skills training in higher vocational colleges.This study uses questionnaire and case interviews to study the status of green skills cognition and application in electronic commerce enterprises,and develops green skills of electronic commerce major in higher vocational colleges.This paper has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which describes the research background and significance of this study,defines the key concepts,summarizes the domestic and foreign related research review,finds out the shortcomings and problems of the existing research,and clarifies the research purposes,methods and tools.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of green skills development,which mainly introduces the sustainable development,human resources development,vocational ability theory and work process systematic curriculum system development theory.The third chapter is the green skills development path of the electronic commerce major in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the cognition and application status of the green skills of the electronic commerce enterprises and the present situation of the development of the green skills of the electronic commerce major in the higher vocational colleges.The typical jobs and tasks were determined and the list of green skills was extracted by questionnaire survey on the green skills of electronic commerce major.The fourth chapter takes A institute of technology as an example,explore the design of talents training scheme for electronic commerce major in higher vocational colleges,and finally analyze the effect of training green skills of electronic commerce major in A institute of technology.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the insufficiency of the research.
