In the information age, the talent is the important factor of economic development, the core element of the economic competition has been shifting from material resources factors competition to the talent competition. Network economy era has arrived, society puts forward new requirements on electronic commerce talented person.The electronic commerce talented person we usually refers to, are interdisciplinary talents, who are of both mastering modern business theory and practice, and familiar with modern information technology, and can use electronic and the mode of network to carry out business activities. On the one hand, there are a lot of talent supply, on the other hand,there are a lot of the huge market demand, but that didn't make the current electronic commerce talent market supply and demand be prosperous.Colleges and universities also exist many problems in the mode of electronic commerce talent education and training, make the large deviation between market suitable supply and demand. In order to change this situation, the author thinks that the reform of curriculum system must be pushed forward.the job demand for capacity meets the talent training plan, actively explore and improve the e-commerce personnel training mode, objectives consistent with the social needs.This article is beneficial to explore the current higher vocational electronic commerce talent cultivation mechanism,combining with electronic commerce talent training present situation of Baotou Light Industry Vocational Technical College.Meanwhile it provides the research train of thought of higher vocational talents training innovation mode.
