Study On Construction Of Ice-snow Sports Tourism Service System In Xinjiang

Ice-snow sports tourism has been flourishing in recent years and gradually become prioritized and pillar industry in areas which have possession of ice and snow resources.With abundant high-quality ice and snow resources,long ice and snow sports history and profound ice-snow culture tradition,based on important documents successively introduced by government to promote development of sports industry,tourist industry and ice-snow sports and government guidance on integrative development of sports industry and tourist industry,Xinjiang,making full use of its advantage as core zone of Silk Road economic belt and ice-snow sports late-mover,is thriving to develop ice-snow sports tourism.Build ice-snow sports tourism service system in Xinjiang would effectively satisfy growing demands of leisure,tourism and fitness in winter time,provide strong guarantee for the masses to actively participate ice-snow sports.Using documentation method,this article arranged research results of ice-snow sports tourism service system both in domestic and overseas,and collected information about development situation of Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism by survey questionnaire.Using basic experience of construct public sports service system and tourism public service system home and aboard,making theoretical criterion and analysis of ice-snow sports tourism service system related concepts,discussing with experts about exiting issues in Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism development,defining function and factors of ice-snow sports tourism service system,putting forward basic structure and basic theoretical framework of Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism public service system,the author tried to construct an ice-snow sports tourism service system with Xinjiang characteristic and adapted to demands of times and social change by combination of theoretical study and empirical research.According to survey research,Xinjiang possess essential favorable resources required by ice-snow sports tourism and successively introduce a series of polices and implementation suggestion along with China Western Development and “Southern Ice Development and Western Ice Expansion” strategy,to further develop ice-snow sports tourism making the utmost of natural resources including geography,environment and climate.While issues such as tourist insufficient,low awareness of Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism,weak supplying capacity and infrastructure,market disorder,limited ice-snow sports tourism products,ethnic characteristics sameness,unintelligent and poor service and low professional level still exist in current development.Thus,the author constructed Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism service system with guidance,appraisal and supervision function,which is consisted of management system,supply system,product system and service system.Based on theoretical system,combined specific situation of Xinjiang Altay region,the author planned priorities in ice-snow sports tourism development with Altay characteristics and made suggestions to optimize Xinjiang ice-snow sports tourism service system as follow: i.reinforce publicity,improve working mechanism;ii.cultivate main market players,standardize market order;iii.cultivate sports game and activities tourism market,enrich ice-snow sports tourism products;iv.strengthen supportive equipment construction,establish talent training system.
