Stretching the handstand after the parallel bars is a representative action in gymnastics. In the parallel bar project, this movement is the basic movement that gymnasts must master in the beginner stage. In the parallel bar set movement, most of the difficult movements are completed on the basis of the support after being inverted. This study combines three-dimensional imaging and surface EMG to analyze the angles, angular velocities, and surface electromyography of the joints that are inverted after gymnastic parallel bars are supported. The results are fed back to teachers and students and provide routine technical guidance. With reference to data, this research method was applied to the training of other difficult gymnastic exercises to provide reference for teaching other difficult movements. In this study,we use the techniques of literature data, expert interviews, experimental methods, and comparative analysis to study the technical diagnosis of inverted handstands with different levels of athletes. The statistical analysis and conclusions are as follows:1.Before the first phase is set to the highest point, the two athletes have almost the same rule as the integrated EMG and the maximum value of the EMG.The main hair force muscles are the deltoid toe,the deltoid middle beam, and the elbow muscle. At this time, the deltoid muscles are Elbow muscles play a fixed and supporting role, respectively. The second-level athlete Sun Mou was hip flexed and his front swinging force was not concentrated. The larger the shoulder angle in the front swing phase, the higher the front swing height is and the greater the potential energy obtained. The secondary athlete Sun Mou excessively leans back and flexes his hip,so the hip and shoulder angles are smaller.2.In the second stage, through the analysis of the integrated EMG value and the maximum value of EMG,the deltoid muscle force is transferred from the deltoid toe to the deltoid muscle beam.At this stage, the deltoid toe,the deltoid muscle and the diaphragm muscle,The contribution rate of the elbow muscles is relatively large, with the exception of the first-level athlete Lumou deltoid muscle. The contribution rate of other muscles is less than 5%,and the movements are more efficient and less labor-intensive.In the second stage, both athletes reached the vertical position, but the two athletes had significant differences in the backswing angular velocity, and the secondary athlete Sun Mou had a large angular velocity in the hip joint and poor body posture control at the time of back swing.3.When the third stage swings to the level of the parallel bars after the third stage, the shoulders move forward and the diaphragm muscles have higher integrated electromyographic values. Two athletes with EMG maximums of more than 50% had trapezius, deltoid, diaphragm, and elbow muscles, and the shoulder strap muscles and forearm muscles did work. The secondary athlete Sun Mou can't hold his shoulder when he accelerates backwards, and he slumps back.At this time, the angular velocity parameters of the two are similar. The secondary athlete Sun Mou moved forward with the shoulders and then collapsed. He lost his accurate grasp of the swinging force, resulting in deformation of the backswing movement.4.When standing still, the muscle contribution rate of the first-level athlete Lumou is consistent with the maximum EMG rule of each muscle. The main force is the deltoid muscle toe muscle and the diaphragm muscle. The second-level athlete Sun Mou is mainly involved in muscle distraction. When the wrist, forearm small muscle group adjustment. When standing still, the first-level athlete Lumou's shoulders were fully opened, and his body posture was excellently controlled.Sun Mou,a secondary athlete, has poor control of his body posture and he has adjusted many times after being inverted. The two athletes were placed in an inverted phase in the back, and the angular velocity of each joint and shoulder joint of the lower limbs showed a decreasing trend.
