Misconception is a concept and idea that exists in the mind of a student that is not consistent or even completely opposite to the scientific conceptions. At present, the scientific education community advocates vigorously improving students' scientific literacy, biology as a natural discipline and closely related to student's life,so improving students' biological literacy is critical.Scientific conceptions is the basic condition for the formation of scientific literacy. However, the existence of misconceptions affects the formation of students' scientific conceptions, thus affecting the cultivation of students' scientific literacy in science education. Therefore,it is crucial to explore the students' misconceptions and to make effective changes on the basis of exploration. There are ten themes and 50 important concepts in middle school biology. The human system belongs to the 50 important concepts, after combing the literature and the teachers' teaching experience can be found, the four body system, the digestive system, the blood circulation system, the urinary system, the respiratory system, have a close relationship, and closely with students' life, but because of the invisibility and complexity,so that students in this part is easy to produce many misconceptions, hindering the construction of students' knowledge. Therefore, this study takes four systems of human body as an example to explore how to explore students' misconceptions and to make an effective change of misconceptions. This study mainly includes two parts: textual research and practical research.:In the text research part,we first divide the concept of scientific concept into sub concepts based on teaching materials and form a sub concept description table of scientific concepts. Each subconcept covers more concept content,so on the basis of the subconcept description table, each subconcept is further divided into the scientific concept fragment to form the " detailed table of the scientific conception".Based on the "detailed table of scientific conception ",a conceptual sketch model is constructed, and a tool for detecting misconceptions is formulated. In the practical research part,we use the tool and explore the possible misconceptions in students' minds through questionnaires. In order to further determine the concept of the students' existence,on the basis of the questionnaire survey, some students are interviewed by interview survey method to determine the concept of misconceptions in the students' minds. On the basis of interviews, through the analysis of the interview text, combined with the existing misconceptions, the causes of students' misconceptions are analyzed. The questionnaire data were further sorted out,and data was analyzed by using SPSS modeler 18 software to find out the relevance between misconceptions.Combined with the causes of the concept of misconceptions and the relevance between the concept of misconceptions, the selfexplanation of learning materials and self-explanation of learning materials are made by combining the teaching materials with the teaching materials, and the self-explanation teaching design is carried out.Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn. In the field of concept exploration, there are 3 main types of concept in the students' mind:(1)The relative macro structure of the four systems is better, and the relative micro structure is ignored.(2)it is weak to master the words and words of the four major systems.(3)the process of abstraction in the four systems is not well understood. The main reasons for the misconceptions of students' four systems are as follows:(1)conceptual learning is not strong enough.(2)forgetting.(3)daily life experience.(4)the influence of teaching materials. There are two types of misconceptions among the four systems:(1)The influence of misconceptions.(2)The influence of scientific concepts that have been grasped on misconceptions. In the aspect of conceptual change, the use of the problem guidance strategy in the self explanatory strategy can help students to think and reasoning in the process of reading text and images,so as to help students master and understand the concepts more efficiently.
