| Economic growth is one of the main economic goals of each country.In the 21 st century,human capital is one of the main engines of economic growth.The biggest difference between human capital and other capital is that human capital will not depreciate in the process of use,but will continue to appreciate.Therefore,only by valuing the role of human capital and giving full play to the value of human capital can economic development be promoted.At present,China is in the new normal period of economic development,and economic development pays more attention to quality and structure optimization.Only by vigorously developing human capital in the central region can we improve the quality of economic development and upgrade the economic structure so as to realize the rise of the central region.This paper mainly studies the contribution of human capital to economic growth in six provinces.First of six provinces in central,analyzing the present situation and problems of human capital from human capital quantity and quality of human capital two dimensions,multi-angle aspects this paper expounds the six provinces in central and national differences as well as the inside of the six provinces in central,comprehensive accurately show the human capital level of the six provinces in central.Of six provinces in central economic growth present situation were analyzed,respectively from the economic scale,and analyzed the the present development of the industrial structure,concise shows the central six provinces in recent years of economic growth.The conclusion is that the total number of six provinces in central China is significant,but it is not dominant in per capita.Meanwhile,the industry in the six provinces of central China also has the disadvantages of insufficient structure optimization.Secondly,relevant indicators are constructed.It is used to measure the level of material capital and human capital.In terms of material capital index,sustainable inventory method is generally recognized in academia.This paper also adopts the perpetual inventory method,and builds the material capital index according to the measurement method given by zhang jun et al.(2004).By using the average education life method to construct the human capital index,the average education years method is more concise and more operable than other measures of human capital.Based on this,this paper analyzes the panel data of the six provinces of central China from 1990 to 2015 by using the model of the kapoor model,and the whole function model of the central six provinces is obtained.Are analyzed in detail by using the model in the central six provinces on the whole,the contribution rate of human capital on economic growth and the central six provinces respectively,the contribution rate of human capital on economic growth,and the following two conclusions.On the one hand,the demand for human capital in the six provinces of central China is greater than that of physical capital,and the impact of human capital on economic growth is greater than that of physical capital.On the other hand,the index contribution rate of anhui and hubei provinces is better than that of other provinces in the six provinces,and the contribution rate of all indexes in henan province is the lowest in the six provinces.And that there are three reasons: one is caused by the different provinces population with fixed number of year of the education method,the differences of human capital structure,which can lead to different regions have different contribution to economic growth.2 is the number of colleges and universities various provinces and cities,especially in high quality universities there is a difference,in addition to being able to cultivate high-quality talents in colleges and universities can improve the quality of human capital also have the effect of retaining talent,it also can make the human capital contribution to economic growth in different provinces are different.Third,the economic development of the provinces is different,and the funds given to education are different,which is one of the main reasons for the difference of human capital in the provinces.Finally,after find the reason for the difference between the provinces of human capital,we how to help the six provinces on the supply side,in the tide of reform to promote the human capital construction implementation of provincial industrial structure optimization and upgrading,the stability of the economic growth to realize the sustainable development put forward a series of targeted and feasible Suggestions.The proposal is generally divided into two categories.One is about how to train human capital and how to raise the level of human capital,and the other is about how to introduce policy measures to retain talent. |
