Research On The Impact Of Human Capital On The Economic Growth Of China’s Construction Industry

With the lagge of the extensive economic growth mode of the construction industry,the construction industry is difficult to rely on the hard investment of traditional elements to continue to promote the high-capacity of the construction industry economy,how to achieve the continuous growth of the construction industry’s economic high growth,and get rid of the crude plastic growth mode,and the economic high quality growth is the key issue we need to pay attention.Technological progress and innovation are representatives and key to economic quality growth,and technological advances and innovative carriers are gradually transitioning from "objects" in the construction industry to "people",so human capital should pay us to pay attention to us.Modern endogenous economic development pointed out that as a human capital,the main business of technological innovation has become the main source of economic and social growth and competitiveness in all countries.Similarly,the construction industry as one of the national economic pillars is more necessary to build the core innovation and technical progress of the new era construction industry by optimizing the soft investment of human capital.Therefore,the direction of the role of the exploitation of human capital on the economic growth of China’s construction industry is the issue we must solve.First of all,this dissertation combed the development of human capital in China and its economic impact on the whole socioeconomic and construction industry.Foreign scholars are relatively abundant for human capital research,and domestic scholars start relative abroad.The difference between the two economic growth studies is very rich,but the number of human capital research in the construction industry is less.At the same time,this dissertation summarizes the basic theory of human capital,economic growth,and technical efficiency,and completes the mechanism of the role of relevant concept definition and human capital on the economic growth of construction industry.Secondly,this dissertation calculates the per capita human capital stock of China’s construction industry in China in 2008-2018.According to the analysis of panel data results,China’s construction industry has increased year but below the level of the whole society,and the three regional human capital stocks in East China are extremely imbalanced.At the same time,it analyzes the status quo of labor elements that affect the level of human capital stocks in China.As a result,it was found that the construction industry has mainly available quantities,the structure aging,the low level of education,and the low willingness to build a construction industry.Thirdly,this dissertation uses the expansion C-D production function to measure the contribution rate panel data of 31 provinces in the study period.According to data results,human capital is analyzed in the direction of China’s construction industry’s total economic growth and quality.Analyzing of human capital on the total economic growth of construction industry by three perspectives of the contribution trend of each element,contribution level contrast and output efficiency.The results show that human capital has a clearly forward promotion of the total economic growth in construction industry,with low levels of contribution,and higher income efficiency.Analyzing of the impact of human capital on the quality of economic growth in construction industry through human capital perspective and raw perspective.The results show that human capital is conducive to the technical advancement of the construction industry,that is,human capital is remarkably promoted to the growth of the economic quality of the construction industry.Then analyzing the level of technological progress in human capital perspectives.It has been obtained in China’s construction industry’s economic growth,and there is a trapezoidal distribution of averaged horizontal fluctuations in China-increase first,then stabilize and then decline.And there are obvious differences in the quality of economic growth in the construction industry between provinces-regional development is unbalanced.Finally,the above theories and analysis results are synthesized to propose countermeasures.
