Exploring The Practical Process Of Structural Family Therapy Intervention In Marital Crisis

The society is at a stage of rapid development.Rapid social changes have had a profound impact on the family structure,lifestyle,and people's concept of marriage.The resulting contradictions are constantly increasing,and the number of families experiencing marital crisis is also increasing.Marriage crisis not only affects the normal operation of the family,harmonious relationship between husband and wife,children's physical and mental health,but also affects the benign operation of a harmonious society.Therefore,in order to maintain the stability of marriage and reduce the marriage crisis,the intervention of social work services is particularly important.This article takes Shenzhen City L Community as an example to address the marital crisis caused by a family member's problems in the family structure,and uses the professional theories and methods of social work to help couples in a crisis of marriage to pass through to the owner of the case.The involvement of understanding the problems of family structure,finding reasons for bad family structure,exploring the family interaction model of maintaining symptoms,and finally restoring the family's normal function by changing the bad family structure.From the perspective of social work,the author uses a structured family therapy model to help the owner and family understand the causes of the marriage crisis,change the bad family structure,and ultimately the husband has made positive changes,and the relationship between the owner and the daughter has improved.While conducting case exploration,the author introspected and put forward suggestions on the specific process,theoretical basis,and skill methods of intervention.First,the use of structured family therapy needs to strengthen the counseling function of social workers,followed by the establishment of a marriage crisis intervention center,and then play.The policy advocacy function of social workers is finally to advance the localization process of structured family therapy models.In this article,the researchers have insufficient experience in dealing with the crisis of marriage,and only use this article to provide a reference for solving the marriage crisis caused by family structure problems.
