The Influence Mechanism Research Of China's Labor Income Shares On Technological Innovation

The research on the influence of labor income share on technological innovation is an important research content of economic development at this stage.From the perspective of consumer demand mechanism,this paper theoretically explains the mechanism of the effect of labor income share on technological innovation,and caliber adiusts China's labor income share,and dynamically quantifies technological innovation indicators.On this basis,thi papter selects 1998-2015 years,panel data of 30 provinces in China were empirically tested using the estimation methods of fixed effect,random effect,differential GMM,system GMM,Sober mediation factor test,and threshold regression to examine the consumption demand mechanism of China's labor income share affecting technological innovation.Theoretical analysis shows that the labor income share affects consumer demand through macro effect and micro effect,and consumer demand influences technological innovation through scale effect and structural effect.The calculation results show that the labor income share of China's regions and China's technological innovation indicators are inconsistent in size,amplitude,and trend.The overall trend of fluctuations in the labor costs is overall.The results of the basic regression indicate that the rising share of China's labor income and the expansion of consumer demand have both significantly improved the level of technological innovation.Further,the inspection results of the intermediary mechanism show that China's labor income share at this stage is effectively reflected by the path of technological innovation through the consumption demand mechanism.In the threshold regression model,when the share of labor income increases to 48.861%,the positive impact of consumption rate on technological innovation will be slightly reduced,but it will not affect the positive effect of labor income share on technological innovation.According to the analysis results,the policy inspiration of this paper is to focus on the impact of labor income share on technological innovation while taking conventional measures to promote technological innovation.It can be considered that the level of technological innovation can be effectively promoted by increasing the share of labor income so as to achieve a sound development of the overall economy.
