Research On The Use Of Sanda Technique And Development Trend Of Group A Middleweight Male Of College Students Sanda Athletes

Through detailed statistics and analysis of the technical use of middleweight men's group A athletes in the 2017 Chinese College Wushu Sanda Championships,the focus is on three levels(65 kg,70 kg,75 kg)in the competition.The top eight boxing,leggings,wrestling,and combination techniques of college students' Sanda competitions were analyzed and researched,which provided a theoretical basis for college coaches to guide college students to participate in Sanda training and competitions.Support and data reference.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The technical level of Sanda athletes in Grade A Men's Grade A colleges is low overall,the skills are relatively simple,the movements are not clear,the use is not standardized,and the mastery is not comprehensive enough;the physical strength is poor,the competition experience is insufficient and the understanding of the rules is not familiar enough.The number of entanglement and the number of convictions were significantly higher.Overall,there was little difference in the strength of the Sanda athletes in the middle-grade college students of the first grade.The vast majority scored a weak difference.(2)The boxing skills of the junior college students in the men's group a are the main means of scoring,and the use of boxing and swing is very low.The leg technique is mainly used to kick and kick the legs,while the side kick and other legs are used less frequently;Wrestling techniques overall grasp is not comprehensive,not clear enough,regular entwined,pushing each other,rely on inertial successively down scores more prevalent,less power is correct use wrestling techniques;In the case of falling down,it mainly causes the opponent to fall to the ground.There are more times when the braggadocio appears,and it is mainly about pushing.(3)In terms of application of combination technology,the utilization rate and the score rate are not high.Some players only use two or three technical moves repeatedly,and the overall situation is not comprehensive and accurate,and the use of combinatorial technology is low.(4)Through the comparison of the technical application of the quarter-finals,1/2-finals and finals of Group A and Group D,it was found that the overall application of Group A single technology is not comprehensive and rich,the form is simple,and the success rate is low;Group A combination The use rate and success rate of technology are much lower than that of the D group,and simple combinations are used repeatedly,and the effect of combat is poor.(5)Judging from the development trend of the overall skills of Sanda athletes in Grade A middle school students,the technical application of Grade Sanda athletes in Men's Team A nationwide will be more standardized,more accurate and more varied,and the Sanda technology system tends to be more balanced and comprehensive.Personal technical style,more emphasis on technical combination capabilities,technical training tends to be scientific and rational,and athletes' on-site combat capabilities will continue to increase.
