Beijing Children's Taekwondo Poomsae Course Optimization Research

As an important part of taekwondo project,poomsae is an important part of the students' examination level,and the corresponding level needs to be learned.In the present taekwondo arena,the quality is also a competition content.With the development of the society,more and more children begin to learn taekwondo,and the product potential also becomes a major point in the teaching and training of taekwondo.There are many taekwondo practitioners who study the taekwondo potential.In teaching children tae kwon do product potential,also appeared a variety of problems,such as not according to the characteristics of children's own development in teaching,can't make a distinction between children and adolescents in the teaching and training,make children with potential learning very hard boring taekwondo,loss of children to potential problems such as interest in learning,is not conducive to children's potential performance ascension,is not conducive to the development of China's taekwondo products potential.The research methods used in this paper include: literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,expert interview,logical analysis,comparative experiment and observation.This paper focuses on the optimization of children's taekwondo courses and takes the children's product potential course of taekwondo in Beijing as the research object.According to children's physical and mental development characteristics,and constantly,observation and experiment study children tae kwon do potential course of optimization,on the one hand,for educators and taekwondo workers provide effective teaching theory basis;On the other hand,promoting the rapid development of taekwondo is conducive to the overall development of taekwondo project.Research to get the following conclusions: 1,children's potential coaches teaching and training level of ascension has the following ways: self constantly summarized,online learning,ask other related professionals,etc.;Regularly organize coaching sessions,organize lectures on the physical and mental characteristics of children,and regularly assess the team of coaches.2,children's potentials of the main content of the curriculum resources optimization are: in addition to the basic equipment such as using foot target,to use a variety of creative teaching AIDS and auxiliary equipment,with the help of a potential route of tae kwon do goods picture,mirror,auxiliary bar;Use multimedia to play video in class;With the help of external stimulation,prepare the credit card for students and prepare small gifts for outstanding students.3.The main contents of the training load optimization include: monitoring the training load by means of the heart rate meter and other instruments,based on the physiological performance monitoring training load;The quality training time of children is directly proportional to the improvement of the grade.However,in the case of long training time or large training load,the number of breaks should be arranged.When practicing technique,use kneeling in proper form to practice.4.The main way to optimize the feedback system and evaluation system of the classroom is to establish WeChat group and establish the student information base.5.The method of curriculum implementation is optimized mainly from the following aspects: preparing the activity stage and playing the shocking music to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students;In the formal teaching stage,music,which plays the rhythm and the action of the product,reduces the volume in a timely manner;During the physical training stage,the songs that play the shock will reactivate the students' bodily functions.In the relaxation stage,you can play relaxing and happy children's songs.
