With the advancement of the college entrance examination reform and the implementation of the new curriculum, the development of students' full-scale,self-consistent and development has gradually become the theme of basic education. The curriculum standards are based on the cultivation of students' scientific literacy. They focus on the future development of students and reflect the time, basis, and selective of high school chemistry courses. As the selective examination of basic education, the college entrance examination must show the result of basic education reform. The layout of the New People's Education High School chemistry textbook embodies the knowledge of multi-perspective presentation and-spiraling ideas, but the knowledge of the "Principles of Chemical Reaction" for newcomers is more difficult to learn. In the context of the new curriculum reform, how to hold on the direction of reform, how to review the knowledge and how to improve efficiency are questions that teachers should explore more. This paper uses new curriculum as guide, pays attention to the students, starts from the students'reality, bases on the foundation, highlights their abilities, and takes the transformation of students' learning methods as a breakthrough. It emphasizes that by optimizing students'learning strategies, students can independently build a network of chemical knowledge and understand chemistry. The ideological methods embodied in the disciplines focus on the improvement of students' processes and methods, emotional attitudes and values, and promote the formation of students' learning autonomy. This article is to study the teaching strategy of "Chemical Reaction Principle" in this context. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature, this article combs and analyzes the knowledge points and characteristics involved in the examination papers in the last three years.Combining the three-dimensional goals of scientific literacy in the new chemistry curriculum and the proposition requirements of the college entrance examination,a questionnaire for students was designed to investigate the difficulties encountered by students in learning the principles of chemical reactions, and to analyze the causes of this phenomenon. And in this article, the writer combines current teaching status, designs interview outlines for teachers, understands problems encountered by teachers in teaching chemical reaction principles, and proposes corresponding improvement methods for the problems.By exploring and studying the types and characteristics of chemical reaction principles in college entrance examinations, students are faced with difficulties in answering the questions of chemical reaction principles and teachers' problems encountered in the teaching of chemical reaction principles, and an effective teaching strategy for the study of chemical reaction principles is formulated. And practice to guide the study of chemical reaction principles. Therefore, based on the analysis of existing problems and the basic requirements of the chemistry new curriculum standards for the teaching of chemical reaction principles, this article will formulate learning strategies and practice of chemical reaction principles.Based on the difficult knowledge of the "Principles of Chemical Reactions" of the newcomer's education edition, the following teaching strategies are proposed:using multimedia methods to combine teaching, selecting examples and summarizing solving strategies, using other disciplines to build models;diversifying the forms of job design, building knowledge Network, promote knowledge and memory, set up teaching activities according to Broome's education target classification theory. But in the application of teaching activities, there are certain deficiencies to further improve.
