Research On The Performance Management Of Private Kindergartens Based On BSC

Private kindergartens have made great contributions to the development of pre-school education in China.With the prospect of preschool education industry,the competition in kindergarten market is becoming more and more intense.The demand for operation and management of private kindergartens is also increasing.Performance management is one of the most important parts of the overall operation management.This paper takes Beihai BA kindergarten as an example,discusses the feasibility of applying BSC in private kindergarten of performance management,and then based on the organizational characteristics of private kindergartens,the use of BSC and AHP on the private kindergarten performance index selection and weight,suitable for the construction of private kindergarten teachers overall performance index system and post performance index system.Then,in accordance with the formulation of performance plans,performance implementation and monitoring,performance evaluation and performance evaluation results,the use of four steps to elaborate the performance management process of private kindergartens.At last,the guarantee conditions of the performance management system of BA kindergarten are discussed.This paper discusses the achievements management system applied in private kindergartens,and has achieved the following research results:1.built BA kindergarten performance indicator system,and highlighted the BA kindergarten's private characteristics from the two aspects of performance indicators selection and weight assignment.2.In addition to BSC,AHP and scale evaluation methods are used to provide technical support for improving the performance management level of BA kindergartens.3.comb out the performance management process and guarantee conditions of BA kindergarten,making BA kindergarten become a complete performance management system from simple performance evaluation.
