The Research On Zibo Rural Credit Cooperatives To Promote The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture

With the continuous deepening of the strategy of "going out" development,our country not only in the rapid development of international direct investment,but also made a major breakthrough in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation,participate in the international labor market has intensified,foreign labor output and labor cooperation,and constantly improve.Under this background,focus on the international society direct investment brings economic benefits and promote the export of labor factors in the development of more and more attention.The development of foreign labor exports to alleviate the domestic labor surplus,increase the income of foreign exchange and learning foreign technology plays a positive role in China's economic development,optimize the structure of capital and labor.It's an inseparable element of production.International direct investment and labor export are also closely related.Therefore,under the level of economic globalization,it is of great policy reference value to study the influence of two-way FDI on labor export in China.By combing the literature and considering the development of reality,this paper expounds the mechanism of foreign direct investment(FDI)and foreign direct investment(FDI)on the export of labor services in China.It provides a theoretical analysis basis for the practical analysis and empirical test.Further,this paper analyzes the development status of two-way FDI and labor export in China from two angles of development quantity scale and location characteristics.It is found that the development trend of the two is consistent.The empirical analysis part through the establishment of PVAR model,based on the panel data of China and 69 countries,using the system GMM and impulse response function to analyze the dynamic of two-way FDI labor export in China.The results show that: for countries and regions with different levels of economic development,there are differences in the effects of two-way FDI.In all sample countries,the development of two-way FDI in China has a significant positive effect on labor export,especially in high-income countries.Foreign direct investment(FDI)has a significant impact on the export of labor services.In low-and middle-income countries,China's outward direct investment(FDI)plays a positive role,while in high-income countries,similar to China's economic development,foreign direct investment(FDI)plays a positive role in the export of labor services.The development of two-way FDI plays a significant positiverole.In view of the research results,this paper further puts forward the relevant development policies,from the expansion of two-way FDI to promote the export of labor services.From five angles: development channels,quality training of workers,comprehensive investigation of the target countries,network of Chinese and overseas Chinese,deepening the reform of the labor service system and strengthening the management of expatriate labor services,To promote China's international direct investment and labor export coordinated development to provide a reference.
